Because as long as robotics and AI are in the future, who cares about Human Safety! They’ll get rid of people soon enough! ISN’T THAT RIGHT FEDEX?! People wondering where your packages might be if running late in inclement weather?? Check the side of your local highway! Might be there! Because no matter how many of their trucks of package trucks crash, it will always be the drivers fault and they will still keep things open!

Its pretty bad that everyone is feeling the sane way with this company! Liars,lazy and inconsiderate people. Got my order today and they throw my package breaking my glass cups because they are to damn lazy to set it down gently. This company doesnt care about the customer just keeping up with other competitors that have the decency to place items on porch without breaking items! If i could refuse to use this service i would they are awful.

Waiting in line for a bathroom at Tracy CA hub. Linehaul offices nationwide don't have enough toilets and showers have none. A rethink of the ratio of drivers to toilets is necessary....

A terrible company to deal with. Drivers used to leave packages at the end of my driveway or in front of my garage rather than walking the seven extra steps to my front porch. That improved after I complained 15 or so times. Today, I tried to get in contact with someone about a package that was misdelivered. After not being able to communicate with a human being on the phone or through the online chat, I messaged on Facebook only to have them refuse to help me because FedEx Ground only works with the shipper. When I buy something from a company that uses FedEx, I have such a sense of dread because I just anticipate that there will be problems.

Customer service is bad quality. In recent years, more and more big companies have followed the suit. The root of bad customer service is they don't receive specific feedbacks anymore, certain responsibility and related consequence is not to a specific person anymore.In their calls, their employees are trained to not give their full names or employee numbers. There is no check and balance. Good employees are not rewarded, lazy employees are not punished. The whole customer service design is stupid and immoral, and will be easy to be fixed. Yet, I don't know why more and more American companies take this, instead of avoiding this.If you guys don't change, when the market is wide open to competitors around the world, companies like this will have no place.Wake up!

Visited while speaking in a conference. This review is about common area and cafetaria only. Not about services or full facility.Wonderful, modernized facility. What I like most is lot of natural light and sunshine throughout. Conference rooms and auditorium are well equipped. FedEx hosts were awesome: cordial, friendly. Conference hosts and support team were also equally good.Lot of parking options. I enjoyed my short visit. Road into facility itself gives a different experience- between two hillock.

Absolutely the worst shipping experience ever. I don’t know why they have customer service reps because they tell you one thing and it doesn’t happen. I took 2 days off waiting for a package that was supposed to be and promised that it would be delivered. I absolutely detest this company and it services.

It takes them days to move a package only a few miles, they are over priced and a terrible logistical company costing themselves millions while passing those costs onto you. It took a package over 36 hours to move a package 4 hours away. Use UPS or dare I say it USPS. You might get a package in a timely manner with them.

No more, to order FedEx as an international shipping delivery company. Their services are ugly. My package is already on the 4th day of delivery destination, but nobody is delivering it.

FedEx ground just needs a complete overhaul of the way they operate. They use contractors at each one of their ground facilities. Those contractors are under pressure to get x amount of stops off per day. Therefore if they have a lot of stops and a couple of them are out in rural areas they will just use false reasoning behind delaying your package. They will claim an attempted delivery when they don't actually attempt it. FedEx does not stand by their service whatsoeverFedEx does not stand by their service whatsoever. None of the FedEx ground drivers are actually their own drivers. They will have dozens of independent contractors at each one of their ground facilities that hires their own employees with no oversight from FedEx themselves..

I put a vacation hold on a package and they threw it out because they said it was perishable. Well, it was not and was an irreplaceable item insured for $1800. Did not even try to return to sender. Makes no sense. Something very shady happening here. I was given run around for days and had to physically visit the facility to talk to someone (their P&D Manager) who actually knew what they were doing. Gross incompetence by their QA group because they violated their own processes by not verifying the contents and they made assumptions. A complaint was filed but expect little to nothing to occur from it. I WILL NEVER USE FED EX EVER AGAIN.
