“I was recommended this place by the Midas in Sewickley since they didn't have the J-Hooks for my Chevy Cobalt. When I had called to set up an appointment I could tell that they were pretty busy, but they still went out of their way to work with me on a time to get my vehicle in. It was convenient enough for me to get my vehicle in next day in the morning.
10am the next day I stop by and I give them the details on my vehicle. They take it in right away and it took them ~40 minutes to replace my J-Hooks and weld the new ones in. And the price was honestly a relief since I know that my car is older and a lot of the parts are discontinued. So them being able to do this for $107 was amazing for me and I will gladly come here again for any repairs I may need for my vehicle.”

“There are two things that I require for a mechanic. The first is trust. As far as that goes, I have never trusted someone I do business with more than Al. The second is quality of work. And again, I will say, Al is one of the best at what he does. He listens to the customer, because he has learned they may not know his job, but they do know their vehicle's. We have been going to Al for decades, and even after we moved 30 minutes away, we still go there.Years ago, we had a warranty issue with a battery and went back and forth with the dealer. Had it in and out of the shop at least 4 times, never getting the actual problem fixed. When they insisted the issue was the alternator (which the car ran fine once it started), finally decided to just ask Al what he thought. After listening to us, he went to the fuse box and pulled the fuse for the radio. Said, let me know if you still have the problem (battery dying after a couple of days) after a week. Of course, the radio was the problem. And of course we told the dealer the same story.... Hey radio stopped working and now leaving the car sit for a few days, the battery is dead.... um... Maybe it's the radio?”

“These guys know exactly what they're doing. I don't get how people complain about pricing But stop putting Band-Aids on things that need stitches. These guys have always been upfront and honest with me the past five times I've been down there..I believed a buddy who told me he could put on brakes but when he put the brakes on all I heard was a loud screeching.Upon taking it in These guys also noticed some major wear tear on the inside of my tires and that my rear brakes were next to go. Long story short I got four brand new tires rear brakes and the adjustment and alignment name balancing at a very great price They did not even charge me for the labor except one hour on the rear..Please be patient .. I usually just drop my truck off at the end of my day and the very next morningI will get a call let me know what needs to be done and usually we'll be done in the next day. So kudos to ProTech”
“We experienced tire trouble while on a trip and stopped here. They did not have what we needed, but Bert found & ordered the rim & tire we needed. It was going to take two days for the rim to come in. A customer named Jeff offered my wife & I a ride to a hotel. He allowed me to unload our car into his truck and took us to a hotel. Jeff, you were a huge help!! Just like Bert said, two days later, the tire and the rime were replaced, and we were back on the road.
