I went shooting here with my dad a few years ago. The employees were nice and knowledgeable. One of their employees, I can't remember her name, guided us through the process since it was my first-time shooting. It was pretty straightforward, and we had a great time. Tip: bring your own headphones.

Awesome shop with great selection of guns and accessories. They carry night vision, really nice optics, and supressors too which is great. Staff was great and willing to show me lots of their high end guns even though I was just window shopping during my visit. I've visited most gun shops and ranges between Philly and Bethlehem at one time or another and Relic is probably my favorite.

Clyde went above and beyond to help with some issues with a suppressor purchase. Cannot recommend Relic enough as it is few and far between to see shops do right for the customer!

This review details my first impression of the establishment I visited on 2/7/24. The gun shop itself is very clean and well-organized regarding what's being sold. I came in with the intention of transferring a pistol under my name with a friend. Upon entering, we were met by two older gentlemen—one behind the counter and the other walking around the showroom. The gentleman behind the counter sternly asked, "What do you need?" My friend mentioned he was picking up two suppressors and wanted to do a transfer. We were directed to the other side of the establishment, where two gentlemen again asked, "What do you need?" After repeating our request, we were directed back to the initial side. The older gentleman who originally greeted us signaled to another older gentleman who eventually took care of us. During the transfer, the gun was taken, and confusion ensued. For context, my friend sold me his Ruger MkIV, which has an upper receiver serialized from the factory; no other part of the gun has a serial, meaning the lower is not required. The gun was taken to the back, and we overheard radio chatter about confusion regarding the firearm's classification for the paperwork. While waiting, we perused their wares and noted they had five of the same model as the firearm being transferred.Once the classification was figured out, my friend and I began the paperwork. Usual gun shop banter ensued until the older gentleman joined in and made some questionable racial jokes. Once the paperwork was cleared, which was painless like any other gun shop, I was taken to pay the transfer fee. Receiving a slight sticker shock, I swiped my card for a total of $48. Although I could mention my local FFL charging less, in general, I have never seen a transfer that high, as I usually pay $30-$35. With no complaints, I moved on.My friend, eager to get his suppressors, was taken care of in the back and decided to use their range. While signing legal documents, a gentleman in his mid-20s took my upper receiver and began questioning its lubrication and obvious scratches on the finish. He expressed never seeing one before, despite having five in a glass case upfront. He suggested I should have complained about the pistol's condition to my friend without knowing the details of our transaction.Once checked in, we went to the range and rented two stalls. My friends and I had a blast, and the RSO was professional until we were about to leave. My friend was having trouble removing a suppressor from one of his rifles, and when asked for help, the RSO promptly grabbed the rifle without asking, remarking, "It's not my suppressor, not my problem," as they dropped the rifle and attached suppressor on the floor to "free" it from the barrel. During the process, another gentleman attempted to justify the action when an alternative method could have been used. All in all, I would not frequent this establishment again due to the series of events that took place. While I'm sure there are good employees, the majority provided a negative experience.

Second time at this shop..First time around everyone was pretty rude glad to see it’s still the same and held up to my expectations. This time around I received two cans and shot them there along with friends. My new fresh out of box rc2 was stuck, couldn’t get the collar unlocked and didn’t have a mallet. RSO seen me struggling so he asked me if he could help, I gave it to him under the impression that he would know what he is doing. And that he would likely apply heat to it and use a rubber mallet but instead he gave it to someone else who just dropped can first on the ground until the collar came free. Just feel like there is no respect for the customer here. The rifle is several thousand dollars to note, I get its a tool but to deliberately abuse it is disrespectful and say “it’s not my can”. The shop itself has a pretty nice selection if you want to feel something out but I’d take my business elsewhere. Range is ok but as I said before I will not be wasting my time in the future.

This is a great store! The selection is wide, the staff are all helpful and knowledgeable, and the range is well kept. Shout-out to Wayne and Rick. Wayne has been incredibly helpful and patient in handling my newbie questions and sharing useful tips. Rick sold me my first gun (IWI Jericho, which I'm loving) and made the purchase a smooth experience. They also have great deals on memberships if you plan on hitting the range frequently.

Came here on a whim and was very very pleasantly surprised on the level of diversity and friendliness we experienced. This was our first time at a range in PA and it was absolutely amazing. We look forward to coming back soon. The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming. Each one came up to us individually helping us with tips and tricks. Overall if this is something you want to try or you’re looking for a friendly range to stop by at this is the place. Prices were fairly reasonable and we had as much time as we wanted. Thanks again for a great time!

Purchased a safe from them, get all my transfers done here, hit the range every once in a while when I have time. They have a great selection. Gerard and Clyde are very friendly, informative, and can answer any questions you may have. The new expansion has really added value to the shop and they have a huge selection of AR related build items. I've been going since it was the previous Firing Line 18 years ago and this is night and day.

I was referred to this place by an associate of another establishment when my husband and I finally bit the bullet of purchasing our first handgun. Rick assisted us and gave us alot of information and recommendations. He also suggested we test drive a few at their shooting range. I love the fact that he never pushed anything on us. He provided us with information and allowed us to make our decision on purchasing the right firearm to suit us.Rick then handed us off to Heath, the range officer and instructor. I was able to have a good amount of time of crash course on range safety and etiquette, proper grip, aiming, and shooting. Heath was very patient, funny and professional. He was also the instructor for the Women With Weapons course that they recently held and I had the pleasure of attending. He provided us with alot of knowledge and information regarding gun laws, safety and other topics regarding gun ownership. As always, Heath was funny and gave the class a more relaxed vibe, professional and patient with us.I have been visiting this place for a few weeks now and I've interacted with other members of their staff - Clyde, Joseph and Joe - all are well educated when it comes to firearms. Every interaction I've had with every sigle one of them has been professional, they're able to answer any questions I may have regarding safety in the range or a firearm and all have left me with a positve experience. I highly recommend visiting this place!

Took the Women with Weapons course last weekend with instructor Heath Frantz. He was very knowledgeable, likeable and patient. Well worth the price. Got a lot more firing time than expected. Will be back soon.

Great staff and a great shooting range. Got to shoot 2 of my hand guns that I carry off duty and had fun. Range was clean and ran smoothly despite being crowded. Gun store looked great also.
