“I’ve been a loyal customer of US Auto since 2018 and have always been impressed with the professionalism and meticulousness of the team. As someone who is not car savvy, I have confidence in my car’s performance and care becuase of my trust in the folks at US Auto. They are experts at what they do, and they care for my car as if it were their own.
On more than 1 occasion, I’ve dropped my car off without an appointment and they have graciously accommodated me, helping me quickly get back on the road. Brad will also send text updates throughout the day and send photos of repairs or issues, keeping me informed and aware of progress.
Their waiting area is exceptionally clean, spacious, and has nice amenities like water and children’s toys. It is comparable to a car dealership’s waiting area, much nicer than any garage I’ve worked with before.
US Auto is not the cheapest shop around. However their attention to detail, accommodating scheduling, trustworthiness and friendly customer service easily make up for the price differential.”

“The only way I can describe my experience with Dave is that he must be a magician. I wanted to take care of a few issues with my car to prepare it to sell. Dave listened to my concerns and addressed them and alerted me to a few things I was not aware of. I was happy to have him complete these repairs and what I received in return is nothing short of a brand new vehicle. It drives, performs, sounds, and feels like new honestly and it is a 50+ year old VW Beetle! He is honest, communicates very well, detail oriented and doesn't leave anything to chance, an artist really. “Best place to get an oil change at my car needed so much work that I wasn’t aware of! Luckily Leon was there to help and tell me everything my car needed and explained why it needed it and what it does for my vehicle and he explained everything to the “T” in ways that I was able to understand he was nice and respectful moved quick and no matter what he was working on if I had a question he’d stop what he was doing to attend to me and he was yelling out everything he checked out on the car that way I was able to hear what was being done to my car instead of guessing what was going on… he kept me informed and made me feel as if I was under the hood with him highly recommend going here ?”

“My family has been going here for probably a decade or two now as our primary mechanic. I’ve never had a reason to not trust them. From what I can tell, they are owned and run by family and I’ve been working with the same people for years. If you are reasonable and understanding of them, the easier it is for them to work with you. Prices seem fair and most importantly, you leave with the peace of mind knowing that you received honest and thorough advice/work. Moreover, they are willing to give you advice when it comes to maintaining a car versus finding something else and will look out for your best interest.”
“I just had my car at this location and i cannot rave about them enough!! Specifically Larry, who was the KINDEST, nicest person I’ve come in contact with in a long time!! My husband was with me (but in the back with my daughter) because he was trying to let me do my oil change by myself for the first time (lol). I explained i was nervous and i had zero clue what i was talking about and Larry explained EVERYTHING to me without being condescending AT ALL!! I truly cannot rave about my experience enough! My husband will now also be bringing his car here because he was also so impressed with the service! I loved that they didn’t try to “sell” or up-sell me on anything and Larry even double checked with his manager on something just in case so that i wasn’t spending money on something i didn’t actually need! Again, i cannot rave about this place and my experience more!!! The world needs more Larry’s!!!!”
“Great car wash at reasonable prices. The drying process is spotty, pun intended. Have a loyalty card and after 10 washes you get a free basic wash. My go-to car wash on the east side of Allentown.”

“I initially called and chatted with a gentleman over the phone. Suggested a few different tire brands for future tire changes though suggested I come in for the simple repair. Topo was the mechanic that helped repair a tire puncture in my front left tire. It had been leaking slowly with needing to re-inflate it every few days or so. They squeezed me in and I was out within an hour. The same person I talked to on the phone suggested blunt answers to upgrading stopping power before going into bigger price territory. Come here and expect prompt service and excellent care. Topo is your guy! I'll be coming back for the damaged corner soon. ?”
“I called all week to get an appointment, but no one ever answered the phone. So I decided to drive over there to make an appointment. When I arrived I was able to be seen right away. The technicians were friendly. Excellent customer service. Went in for an oil change, I was in and out in less than 30 mins and it was a Saturday morning. So glad I went.”
