“Formerly BB&T Walnutport, the Truist team in Walnutport PA truly treat you like a member of the family. Hometown customer service in a big branch setting makes the difference here! The staff ensure they have your best interests at heart. I am saddened by the loss of our local Palmerton branch, however, some of the same smiling faces are now at the Walnutport branch as well. I really enjoy my usual tellers, namely Sherry at the drive thru who never seems to have a bad day. She really ensures that customer service is included in with your short interaction. Wanda, Karina, Allison, Jenna & the rest of the staff truly make sure you are taken care of when any issues arise. I have nothing but positive remarks about this location! I do miss my local Palmerton branch and some of the staff there because everyone was absolutely a pleasure to bank with. I did not have the best credit but I was able to maintain a secure account with BBT/Truist for over 5 years now and would never switch again!”

Even though I ultimately went with our current credit union for the refi, the process and customer service would definitely bring me back for future banking services. Then, they had to resend me a debit card. I finally had enough and went to this branch of PNC where Jose took my on quick notice in his schedule and made an account. He got me completely set up with online banking, customer processing, and a physical debit card in under an hour. That was yesterday and today my funds have all cleared not even 24 hours later.I'll be sticking with this branch of PNC, thank you for your help and getting me set up.”

“We have been customers of First Northern for several years, when we first approached them for a home equity line of credit (HELOC). Donna Frack worked with us, and she was delightful. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process and made it very simple for us. Every time I go into the bank, although I only go in ever few months, she knew me by name and made every transaction easier. I sometimes have to do large transactions or have counter checks made because I do real estate investing. At some banks, anything that is out of the ordinary becomes an ordeal. At First Northern, she was able to make it simple. Some people think that banks are all the same--they're not. Because of the business I'm in, I'm always working with several banks. This is the best one in the area.”
