They took the time to get to know me and send me my receipts by email which helps me to keep track of them better - no paper to lose. Someone is always there during their hours - this was a problem at the grocery store I was using. I love the one stop drop off location - I can drop off all my - USPS, FedEx and UPS - at one convenient location. No more running around town to different locations. “If you need to get a passport especially if you have a child - I highly recommend this location. Not only are they polite, professional and efficient they are very accommodating to children. Donna was wonderful with my son - she even gave him a sticker and slime to keep him entertained. I did not catch the other woman’s name but she helped to make the appointment run smoothly by taking our pictures and making me additional copies. We had a wonderful experience at this location!”
“Tom helped me out today in a major way! I came to pick up a print order for my wedding invitations I purchased through canva. I realized there was an issue with the order on my end. Tom went above and beyond to help. He was short staffed and had customers he was helping and instead of just telling me to get it fixed with canva, he finished helping who was in line and took the time to fix it for me. This was a huge relief. If I need any othe FedEx services im coming here.”

“I have gone to the Hellertown UPS store many times, and they’re always so helpful.
This morning they went above and beyond to help me get a package returned. The Lead female staff member was so kind, and helped me navigate through the process of a package return for the Company. I needed to return the package to get my money back, but the sent email from the Company would’nt let me open the QR Code to scan. She read through the email for me, because I had no readers to read the small print. She let me forward her the email to the Store email address and she printed it out for me and packaged up the bag the item was shipped in. She was wonderful, because if she hadn’t helped me I 1. Would have wasted a trip to their store but more importantly 2. She saved me from having to go home to call the Company to figure out how I could resolve the issue, which we all know how long those phone calls can take with so much hassle. Super Awesome Woman!!!!”

“One thing I like about this Staples is that the employees here are passionate about their work. I have a post office box here and I come in and I feel like I have my own office and workers to boot. They have great products and didn't realize that they also kind of compete with Best Buy as far as gaming and entertainment. I didn't know that! And the chair sale that's going on right now is incredible along with... Check this out! They have a three-year maintenance plan on your chair, so if anything happens to it, they will repair it. That is incredible! This Staples is also in a great plaza where you have places like Target, Chick-fil-A Planet Fitness and so much more. Perfectly centralized.Oh, and they also have an Amazon locker (BUONO) there! You just click on the Amazon message, text message from your phone; it takes you to instructions to open the locker. The locker opens, you get your goods, and you close the locker and go! Easy Peezy!Lol! I saw a lady in front of me go through that very experience and she was just so giddy with laughter on how it was so efficient and easy to get her package.”
