“Having seen the two reviews , I thought I should add my observation. In general this Giant is well stocked and the prices are competitive. The produce section is actually very good. The deli staff is friendly and helpful when I'm trying to figure out exactly what product best suits my need. I find staff friendly and helpful when I ask for help or directions. Checkout staff are not particularly friendly but they do answer questions etc and all things considered I guess I can't find issue with that. I have never encountered a rude staff person. The only issue I've ever had is a complete reluctance to get an item out of a produce box or unpack an item that the staff admits they have in back. Numerous times I've been told come back later- doesn't really work for me with limited trips. Other than that I have been satisfied with this Giant since we got past the first flush of the pandemic.”

“Redner's now uses an online Shopping/delivery service called SHIPT. being a senior with medical limitations I gave it a try. Following is my note to Redners/SHIPT service: My husband and I are both 70+ with extreme health issues. Going to the grocery was very difficult and we needed to seek out scattered benches to sit down every 10 minutes or so. Unpacking the car and carrying in groceries took forever. We carried in a small load and had to sit to catch our breath before getting more. I noticed on my stores weekly email flyer that they had your service. I had never heard of this before! About a month ago I tried a small test order to see how it worked. I was surprised to receive a text from our shopper (Kacyann) introducing herself and keeping me posted as she shopped. Giving me info on out of stock items and choices to substitute!! She was amazing!! Next thing I knew she had everything on my porch!! Then 2 days ago I had a very sizeable order and our shopper again introduced herself and again she was amazing!! We could not have been happier! The small fee was definitely worth it as it saved us so much stress and literal agony. We have no family here to help us and your company made us feel human again!! I thank you so much!!! I did leave tip on check out, plus I added a little cash on arrival. I was just so happy! Keep up the great work and hiring such wonderful shoppers!”

“The lady in the front was suuuuper nice ! I went there to do a money order and had to go back out to take out cash from my card. I didn’t realize I had a card limit on my card so had to take a trip to get my other card. She waited so patiently for me, even after the store closed she still was very nice and patient. She has a soft voice and made you feel welcomed the whole process. She was amazing. ME ENCANTO EL SERVICIO AQUI!!”

“I love shopping at health food stores but can't go every day. i like Giant even though they seem to taking over the world like Walmart which is now over priced but people haven't caught on. Not sure why everything has doubled in the usa but i'm sure there is a logical reason every one will immediately agree with. what i like about Giant nice employees returns are simple selection of some organic non gmo foods they are better for that than all the stores on west end Aldie and Grocery out have maybe 2or 3 things I could get there. So i go to Giant all the time. what could be improved lower the loud music they stopped selling products that i was consistently buying, customer service wasn't any help, they said sorry. left notes but it's not like the smaller stores Frey's, healthy alternatives, organnons, kimberton, etc. where they will stock it for you.let the check out employees sit on a stool. it is inhumane to force them to stand, hour after hour. i think they fixed the bathroom toilet paper, so they are off the floor the robot is just creepy, get rid of it. use local farms that don't radiate the food”

Employees in parking lot will help load your car. Just filled up my gas tank for $1.93 a gallon using Weis card. Not the cheapest but a lot cleaner than Redners and everything in stock unlike Walmart E.G.”

“It's just what you need from a Rite Aid - convenient shopping for pharmacy and other goods. I got in and out very quickly, which is the whole point. While Rite Aid should either work on modernizing their exterior branding or holding on until it's retro, the inside of this one is very nice and clean. It is kind of big, which is nice except that it's a little difficult to navigate. There's really 4 different sections of aisles all angled a little bit differently; and the signs for each are only visible from near their section. So, to figure out where something is, you really have to walk around the whole store :(. Also, the staff was pleasant and very nice. Not sure what else to say! It's a pharmacy. Stuff ain't cheap (except the store brand toothbrushes ), but it ain't bad either.”

“This is such a clean store. And the restrooms are not closed to the public because of Covid. The store associates are outstanding. I purchased a blood pressure monitor here and promptly lost the receipt. My dr asked that I bring the monitor in for a blood pressure check. It turned out that the one I bought was ten points higher than the monitor at my physician's office. I think I had it for five weeks by that time. I called the Rite Aid Corporate phone number (extremely pleased for no long hold time). The representative was able to locate my purchase and then e-mailed me a copy of the receipt. The return was so easy. No wonder I "pop" in several times a week.”
