Editing to add response after their response: my relatives that I mentioned had their 2023 taxes done there THIS year, nice try!
Had a few good years of tax prep work done here. Then I had a question about the W4 in July which the office refused to help me with. I called the office on 2/6/24 with some questions about filing 2023 taxes (approx cost, insurance docs needed). I waited over 2 weeks with no call back. I called today 2/21/24 and spoke with office manager again (who took my original call). She claimed the left me a voice-mail. I never received a call back or voicemail. She originally told me for state, local & federal taxes the lowest fee was $300. When I stated a relative just had their taxes done there and they paid less than $300 she said they may be locked in to a lower price. I explained that I thought that was weird because that relative was a client at best 1 year longer than me. The office's lack of customer service to a paying client of several years is disappointing. I will take my business elsewhere.

Wanted to try a local place this year so I gave them a shot. This is the lowest return I have ever received in my life. The price to get the taxes done was more than what I got back. I feel sick

Do not use! The last 2 years of my boyfriend's taxes have been fined and auditing by IRS because these people messed the taxes up so bad..to the tune of over 10k! They didn't put correct information..missed a lot of credit/deductions and now we are left trying to fight this...may sue for damages and will file with the IRS about competency. DANGER
