We had our taxes done at Coopersburg, PA office. They made an error which caused us to get a fine from the State of PA. It has been 3 to 4 years they have been working on it. Every time they assign it to a person the next call they never return your calls. There office people even admit that they should pay the fine, to no avail. Their guarantee (which costs more) is worthless, advise do not go there.

First time choosing this H&R and the lady I had couldn’t even answer questions I had regarding my return. $170 to still have unanswered questions is ridiculous if you ask me.
