We are from out-of-state and rear-ended another car a few miles down the road. We had 6 hours more driving so we wanted someone to look at it right away. We called and were told to come right over even though they were busy. Manny looked at it and even offered to pop out the dent if we not filing it on insurance. He told us quickly that the dripping we noticed was just our a/c. We were back on the road in minutes.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I had to check 1-star to post this review, I wouldn't have check any stars. Due to the following information below!!!100% dissatisfied, !!!!!!!!!! D & D Auto the mechanic that works currently at D&D Manny. He is not the owner or partner of D&D Auto. Prier to service date, I was told a quoted price for repair's from the "PARTNER" Manny . Which after the service to my vehicle was completed the total price was told to me by Manny. The partner ,was now the "MECHANIC ", He told me "I'M JUST A LABOURER " . After speaking to the actual owner. I was told no Manny who quoted my service is not a partner. That he is the mechanic / labor, at D&D . I was quoted a price of $360.00. My total for completed service, was told to me verbally by Manny same man that quoted price $360.00. Was now a total price of almost $900.00 Also there was other work done to my car that was not approved. Nor did I receive a call from D&D, asking to verify the additional service. I DID NOT approve the additional repair. No one from D&D Auto called to verify the additional service. As I would of told them. NO I DON'T WANT ANY OTHER SERVICES DONE TO MY VEHICLE. I did contacted the "PARTNER " Manny, the aftetnoom of the repair's to ask if there were any other issue's that wern' t expected with NO resoonse. I had scheduled 3-weeks prier to actual date of services. There were other issue's that happened while replacing the service I approved. I did not receive any phone calls until 6:30pm. "PARTNER" MANNY told me price owed, which was $834.66. I was quoted by the "PARTNER" MANNY. That I later found out was the "MECHANIC ". After, speaking to the ACTUAL OWNER OF D&D AUTO. "CONCLUSION"After speaking to the actual Partners/Owner JOE of D & D Auto Coopersburg PA. I was told I have to pay a total price. Which is way over the $360.00 Manny quoted me as the patner/owner of d&d auto. "PARTNER"quoted me $360.00. The actual title of the man who gave me my estimate his title, at D&D Auto in Coopersburg PA is a mechanic / labor. I will be contacting, the Better Business Bureau. That doesn't take away the stress, and complete deception I have been put thru at the , dishonest mechanic that works at D&D "Quality Auto Service, 6341 Hoffman Lane Coopersburg, P.A . 18036.Service: Brakes

I came in for a dead battery on very short notice, Jeff quickly addressed the issue, and cleaned off and removed the very corroded old battery and replaced. I was on my way in no time. Would recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Pre-Note: New owner, they still have kinks to work out, and thus have time to improve.
I went to get my car fixed after a month of issues I tried to work out personally but was still having difficulties with. Sadly, no fix occurred, and instead I was charged for only a diagnosis and sent on my way. This does not help me. I was shown how to do a shoddy work around to get my car started. This really does not help me. (and is infuriating when it takes multiple attempts) Nothing else was done, not even air in a tire that has some weird slow leak action. I've gone to this shop for about a decade (through three owners) and it looks like its time for me to find someone else.
Other than that, they are very nice, they just got to work on better communication with clients, but like I said, new guys, they just started, they got some growing pains ahead. I would try again, but it's not viable. I gotta try to fix it myself so.....at least I know what the problem is now?

It is with a heavy heart that I report that Nick has passed away suddenly. Besides being a great mechanic, Nick was an all around great person. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time, God Bless.

Nick does an excellent job of letting you know what the issues are and the options for resolution. His prices are very fair. He does not treat females any differently than males.
