“What a fabulous resort staffed by wonderful people. Having been born into a hospitality industry family, as my mother would say, these folks have a 'hospitality personality'; the mentality for hospitality success. From the homemade breakfast delivered to our room daily, to the delighful dinner served with a perfect wine pairing, to the treats that welcomed us in our room. All the little things gave the perfect touch. My wife and I loved 'disconnecting' from technology (although we did watch the Browns lose using their internet and our laptop) and truly enjoying eachother. We played board games, tasted delicious wine, ate world class food, and truly felt part of the Gateway Lodge family. Never once did we feel like strangers, rather friends that hadn't been met, yet.
