Only problem was the 582$ usd he charge me. Never paid that for towing.

I don't know the area at all but Elite popped up on the search and I'm glad we used them. The driver was great! “I was in a real tough spot, broken down with a car full of kids and my wife...late at night on a Sunday, in the cold! I called A-One Towing in Monaca (Swink's Sister Store). Larry, their tow-pro, got us picked up within 45 minutes. The next day, Swink's fixed my truck at a reasonable price, knocked a few shekels off of the tow since I had them do the repair and had me on the road. Brandon was friendly and professional, thoroughly explaining the diagnostic work and what they found (STUPID $20 SENSOR FAILED...grr). I will be using Swink's in the future for repair work...hopefully not too often.”

“They were who showed up to tow my van off when it got totaled in an accident. They were kind and helpful, gave me time to get things I needed out of the van and let my daughter sit in the tow truck to get out of the rain. They made the insurance company wait half a day so I could get down to the wrecker yard to get the rest of my stuff out of the van. I've never had anyone who didn't know me stand up to the insurance company for me before. They even offered to help me gather my stuff up, and gave me the name of a trustworthy local rebuilder, which I had been looking for for years. Having somebody plow into your car at a stop light is never a good thing. But Mr. Sullivan turned a disaster into a case of every cloud having a silver lining.”

They worked with me from the day of the accident until the day we received back the vehicle and all the moments in between.I was given the mechanics work cell number Just in case I have any problems down the road. Which I don't anticipate because they are good at what they do that is evident. Keith went above and beyond and for that I am so grateful. I wanted to go above and beyond and write a good review so that everyone knows what good people they are and if you need help in a bad situation like this you can absolutely count on them. No one is happy about being in an accident but if it's gonna happen at least I had an amazing body shop and mechanic on my side. Thanks Elite. You deserve more than 5 stars.Aug 31I want to update this I have had my car for over a month now and it couldn't be more perfect not a problem but that's not the reason for this update I lost a very expensive diamond earring before the accident. I was heart broken but I never told my husband it was a Christmas gift and I didn't have the heart I was cleaning out the back of my car and apparently someone from elite who cleaned my car after the accident found it and put it in the rear cup holder. I'm blown away. This is an expensive diamond. I'm so relieved. After 2020 has been such a horrible year now my faith in people has been restored by this small auto body shop. I'm just amazed someone there who never met me would have never been caught decided to be honest and leave me the earring to eventually find. Thank you. You made me cry in a good way.”

“This garage is exceptional. We have used them numerous times for their towing services. The receptionist is always friendly, competent, and prompt in dispatching an employee to your location, who, I might add, are also always friendly, professional, and competent. Their prices are extremely more affordable than other garages in the area. I was especially pleased with them on one instance when my vehicle was stuck in the mud; a worker arrived quickly, freed my car in what seemed like seconds, and then proceeded to only charge me half of the standard price. I was able to make it to my destination not only on time, but with a little extra money in my pocket. If I wasn't so fiercely loyal to my mechanic, I would also use Bachman's for my other automotive needs, such as oil changes and major repairs. You can't go wrong with these guys.”
