I transferred prescriptions here from another Rite Aid and have had nothing but problems. They even sent some of my stuff back to my old pharmacy for some reason? I have never had problems with Rite Aid, but considering that it is a dying chain anyway, I might switch to a different pharmacy chain, altogether.

Bernie and Julie were so fast and helpful.I had a rx transferred from Ambridge and it was done so quickly I couldn't believe it.They even went a step further and helped me get the best price possible for my sleep aid.Amazing service and very kind! Thanks yallPlease note that some of these other negative reviews are very silly.One man complained of waiting in the drive thru for a covid shot.As if they just toss a needle into the tray and pass it to you. Vac in store only, sir.Others seem to complain about drive thru in general...I'm 37, and have never used a pharmacy drive thru...If you're not physically impaired and just LAZY, wait in line inside like the rest of us good folks!In fact I usually find that giving preference to that window over the line of customers is tiresome.I get the convenience aspect, but why normal healthy adults cannot walk their happy selves into the store is beyond my comprehension.While I was there for maybe ten minutes, prescriptions were given to the window, flu shots given to guests, and the Line I briefly stood in was quickly moved along.Id also recommend some of the stellar drive thru geniuses maybe think about the time of day when they go as well.Even ask the pharmacist the best time to visit for fast service. Who else would know when that is but them?Get good ya drive thru whiners ?

We used their pharmacy for a few years. Almost every time we went there was something wrong with our prescriptions. It would be the wrong dosage, or the wrong medicine, or it was never ready within even 24 hours of when they said it would be. When we asked the pharmacist about any of this she was rude to us almost every time.

The driver is later didn't come earlier came later and they should have a app to let them contact the driver and see where that driver is at and how far and not have us wait all day........???

Went online to make an appointment for a Moderna Covid booster, filled out the paperwork, selected Moderna with no problem, & picked a time the next day. Received a confirmation email, & a reminder text the next morning that my appt was scheduled. When I got to the pharmacy, they said they had no record of my appointment. I would have to fill out the paperwork again, wait 1/2 hr until it was ready, & now stated they did not have Moderna in stock. Went to CVS in Ambridge & got great service.

This is probably the most poorly managed pharmacy I have ever used. I moved my medication here and then they claim it was Walgreens fault for not releasing the medication. Every time I come to pick up a medication that the app said is ready, it isn’t ready and I have to wait on it to be filled (hours later from when it said it was filled). Then my doctor called a prescription in directly to the pharmacy in the morning, 8 hours later I go pick it up, and it is still not ready. I am currently writing this review as they fill it, telling me it will take about an hour, after it’s been called in 8 hours ago. I also called on my way here to see if it was ready, I was on hold for 15 minutes and they still did not answer my call by the time I pulled up to the window. I will never use this location again. Do yourself a favor and avoid the pain and stress, go to CVS or Walgreens.

I switched to this pharmacy from the same store just another town due to a move. I have had so many mishaps with having my family's prescriptions filled. The knowledge of having prescriptions ready in a timely manner when they are supposed to be filled is just not a priority at this store. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and the weights just to get a prescription picked up from the drive-thru is uncanny. This pharmacy needs to be managed better because it could be so much more.

I’m about to start going elsewhere… the pharmacy staff is getting more and more incompetent. I went to pick up an RX for my son. First, they heard his DOB wrong… okay, easy mistake. Then, they came back and told me that the RX wasn’t ready. I came to pick it up about 5 hours after the doctor’s office called it in. THEN, they come back and tell me that they don’t have the medication, and needed to call another store. Finally, they tell me that “Rochester will fill it… give it about 45 mins.” Mind you, this entire time, I’m sitting in the drive thru holding up the line. Not to mention, I just CAME from Rochester. Why couldn’t they have just called me earlier in the day to tell me that they didn’t have it? Terrible customer service.

Showed up 10 minutes before my Covid testing appointment and the pharmacist was on lunch so I had to wait at drive thru and after waiting 20 minutes she comes to window and tells me we’re generating reports and you’re not in the system so I showed her my confirmation number with the email showing my appointment. Just terrible customer service and you’d think they would of had the paperwork ready instead of making me wait for over 45 minutes.

When you go to drop a prescription off you stand there for if you are lucky 30 minutes while the lady behind the counter just completely ignores you. And that's when you are the only one standing there in line. When there is someone in front of you wait at least for hour while you get ignored. The lady is very rude when speaking to you. Probably one of the worse rite aide I have ever been to.

The worst pharmacy in the history of medicine. Call the pharmacy and the call never gets answered (3x attempted quit at 60min hold time each time). Hit the drive through for a COVID shot on a Monday and no results as of the following Friday. Probably milking the government for COVID fees and not even submitting for processing.

Horrible service two pharmacists behind the counter did not acknowledge me saw me and continued to look down never saying a word for at least 15 minutes. Most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever visited, never will go back.
