“I'm fascinated and thrilled by the amount of things you can purchase cheaper than at a regular store. There are items where the prices are comparable. But you just gotta know the average prices for things or double check where you usually grocery shop.
I will say though: it doesn't make sense to me that they keep the shopping cart of the side of the exit. So you have to cross where people are trying to leave to grab a cart and then cross again to enter the store. This is a serious design flaw.
I also dislike that you have to enter through the exit to get to customer service for when you first obtain membership.”

“Best pharmacy in the area! They'll go above and beyond EVEN during a NATIONAL medication shortage, which happened to had plagued mine. Now I have the meds I need, feel like a human being again, and life is good, A OK. I want to extend the warmest of thank yous to the kind pharmacist man who was the one who decided to help, I cannot be more grateful, you truly helped me. This pharmacy needs to be studied for good reason, as it should be the gold standard for every single new pharmacy in the United States of America, I have never recieved better customer/patient service anywhere in my many years of needing medication to maintain my mental sanctity. One of the few good ones left, others need to follow this places example. If you work here and read this, keep up your amazing work, it helps people like me so much it's unbelievable. “After going to 3 grocery stores looking for keto hamburger buns, I called to ask if Giant Eagle had any. FIVE people picked up the call within 3 minutes to assist me. The gentleman that found them put them at the service desk as there was only one package left. The customer service I experienced was amazing and too rare nowadays.”

“I had forgotten that with my new insurance I had 150.00 per quarter to spend on otc items at a CVS pharmacy, and I ended up going there on Easter Sunday at 8:00 in the evening. I expected to be treated poorly for my lack of consideration to the staff who were off in an hour and wanted to get home to family. I however was completely overwhelmed by the kindness, patience, friendliness, and assistance shown to me by Margorie and her coworker who went way above and beyond to help me that evening. This was the greatest customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I know that others will have the same experience as I did, based on the character of these two women. Kudos to them, and thank you for being a ray of sunshine in my dreary day.”
“I've never used a convenience chain for handling prescriptions, but something to be said for using the services they offer when you need or want them. Case and point, in the last month I've stopped here to both mail out a FedEx package and pick up a "ship to store" order. Both were incredibly convenient as is the location of this Walgreens. I found the staff to be incredibly pleasant too, considering I wasn't buying anything in store.”

“I found a slow leak on a tire, and went to Costco Tires to check it out. As I bought the tires from Costco, they will fix all leaks free (when a leak is safe to be patched). I found out about the leak at the last minute, so went without an appointment. Kim was great, and was able to accommodate me, Andy fixed the tire within 35 minutes (they originally estimated 1 to 2 hours). A big thank you to Costco Tires! The Tire Center is located in the main lobby itself with the shopping carts (not inside the shopping area), and the parking area for the Tire Center is located around the left side of the building - see photos.”

“Bernie and Julie were so fast and helpful.I had a rx transferred from Ambridge and it was done so quickly I couldn't believe it.They even went a step further and helped me get the best price possible for my sleep aid.Amazing service and very kind! Thanks yallPlease note that some of these other negative reviews are very silly.One man complained of waiting in the drive thru for a covid shot.As if they just toss a needle into the tray and pass it to you. Vac in store only, sir.Others seem to complain about drive thru in general...I'm 37, and have never used a pharmacy drive thru...If you're not physically impaired and just LAZY, wait in line inside like the rest of us good folks!In fact I usually find that giving preference to that window over the line of customers is tiresome.I get the convenience aspect, but why normal healthy adults cannot walk their happy selves into the store is beyond my comprehension.While I was there for maybe ten minutes, prescriptions were given to the window, flu shots given to guests, and the Line I briefly stood in was quickly moved along.Id also recommend some of the stellar drive thru geniuses maybe think about the time of day when they go as well.Even ask the pharmacist the best time to visit for fast service. Who else would know when that is but them?Get good ya drive thru whiners ?”
