“My wife walked in for the first time and four individuals said hi! Terry worked with her on paint colors and was incredibly friendly. I visited the next day to purchase the paint and received the same reception. Jordan helped with my family room paint choices and then Jared, the store manager, greeted me as well. Both Jared and Jordan were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the paint we needed for our family room. I ordered one can and was on my way. Then I decided to come back the same day and purchase one more can. After calling Sarah, she said she would stay past closing (6pm) to make sure I could get the second can for the paint job in the morning by our contractor. I was going out of town early so she was a HUGE help...thank you Sarah! This is customer service at it's finest.”

“The manager Abby is THE sweetest most helpful person ever, we came to this store at a complete loss because not a single stain store had the stain we needed (or the amount of stain we needed in ANY color) and within 20 minutes she color matched for us from a photo and got us 2 whole gallons, and gave us great advice for the project! By far the best experience I’ve ever had at any home improvement type store.”
“Ignore any and all aging (longer than two years) negative reviews you may read.The team of folks they have in there currently (as of 3.25.23) are not only helpful and provide expertise, but when things do not go as planned, take care of problems over and above. Great leadership team who obviously breed a positive culture because that's exactly what I experienced in my two lengthy visits there.I highly recommend the Beaver Falls store for wallpaper as their selection is incredible. It appears they focus mostly on paint, however, have a wonderful place to look at wallpaper samples and compare. Order process takes a minute but with a little patience it's excellentWonderful experience all the way around. A joy to work with them all.”
