“Absolutely fantastic service. Honestly the best experience I’ve had with any auto body shop or anybody who deals with cars. I tried other companies before I contacted them and was told it was a 5 month lead time if they would even do it at all … they got me in and fixed my car within a week. They really care about your car and give fair prices… If I could give 6 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and if you see this review choose them instead of any other company and you will not regret it.”

“Had to take my vehicle to Caliber Collision (Moon Twp location)for the initial estimate after a minor accident. My insurance company said I can look around if I want after i see Caliber first. I did not need to look any further! They were able to get my vehicle in for repairs about a month later. They finished my vehicle in a week! Greg kept me updated every step of the way. “Guys working were very kind. Had to get my entire windshield replaced and they finished the service in 90 minutes. There’s snacks and refreshers in the lobby and a movie to watch to pass the time. I walked to beaver falls coffee and tea company and hung out there until safelite finished. Highly recommend.”

“Popped out a softball dent on the front ridge of my black truck roof, body work, and painted. Looks mint and back to factory condition. Spent a little more than other shops could have done it but I paid for quality and a full roof paint vs blending existing paint.Services: Painting”

“These guy's are top notch! I had collision damage to my driverside and was using my insurance due to a hit and run. Not only was the repairs exceptionally done, but the guy even came in when they were closed (saturdays) so that I was able to pick up my car before work allowing me to drop off the rental car so they couldn't charge me for more on my rental.

“I could write like ten paragraphs about how amazing Norm and Meanor Body are, but I'll keep it reasonably short. I'd give Norm and Meanor infinite stars if I could. First,, Norm is an absolutely fantastic guy. When I drove up with my 5-year old, he invited us into the shop, showed my son all around, and invited us back any time. Second, this is a 100% family owned business, which Norm has taken over from his father (and it's on the most beautiful 25 acre plot you could imagine--a sight to behold in itself!). Third, Norm is exceptionally fair and reasonable in his pricing--he did it for a fraction of what another mechanic estimated. Fourth, he did the work in record time--ordered the part the day I came in and did the work the day the part arrived. I mean, I just cannot say enough good things about Norm and his business--I will be going back for life; and I will refer all of my friends and family to him for all of their autobody needs.”
“I don’t usually take the time to leave an online review unless I am wowed. They did a great job on the repair. The repaired door literally lines up better than the original door on the other side of the car! Also, it was SO GREAT that they were able to fit us in so that we could get the repair done while we were on vacation! Also, their communication was very good! It was done early!!! We had our car back the day we got back from vacation. They even said that if it wasn’t done in time we could use a loaner car from them! And after checking out how great they did on the repair, the icing on the cake was that the inside of the car literally looked like it was detailed!Great work! Great service! Great communication! Great clean up at the end! Could not be happier with the entire process!”
