Great service! I called for an appointment and a few hours later they were here. They quickly found the issue (it was a bug that got into the controller panel). Didn’t over charge, didn’t lie so I’d pay more money. VERY PLEASED!

We had a new air conditioner installed yesterday. Staff, Service Techs, everyone that helped us was very friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. I would definitely recommend Albert's Heating & Air Conditioning.

Albert’s is a fantastic company from start to finish. I contacted them for a quote to replace our old HVAC system, and they promptly sent Joe. He arrived on time, thoroughly reviewed our equipment, answered all of my questions, and provided a range of options at different price points. The quote was fair and competitive compared to other bids we received.
The installation was scheduled within a week. Although the job was initially expected to take two days, after I mentioned we had a baby in the house, the team went above and beyond by bringing in additional crew members and working into the early evening to complete the job in a single day. I’ve never seen that level of commitment from an HVAC company, and my wife and I are extremely appreciative.
All of the technicians—Russ, Tom, Del, Chad, and John—were polite, professional, and took the time to answer every question I had. It’s been almost two weeks now, and the new AC unit is quiet, efficient, and keeping our home very comfortable even in 90+ degree weather. We are extremely pleased with Albert’s and highly recommend them to anyone in the area needing HVAC repairs or replacement.

We have been with Albert’s HVAC for close to 25 years as we have consistently received stellar service. First of all, a very nice person answers the phone! He is very attentive and professional and schedules convenient appointments. We immediately receive an email with the appointment date and time frame. Then we receive a text message with the name, a photo of the technician and a message that he is on the way to our house. The technician arrives and put paper booties over his shoes before entering. Every technician has been honest, caring, professional and friendly. From beginning to end, Albert’s is an exceptional experience.

Great technicians, excellent service, very fair pricing. I had my AC replaced and they did an amazing job. I would recommend them for any HVAC needs and will definitely be using them in the future.

Shane did a great job replacing our thermostat. He provided a temporary while our model was on order, so we were never without AC on hot days. Shane was efficient, pleasant and professional each time he came to our home.
