Great store, and they still have plastic bags unlike the Giant across in the other shopping center.

I went shopping at 6:45 by the time I got to the deli it was 7:03 there were two men behind the deli. I walked up and asked for a deli salad and was told we are closed. It was closed at 7 the salads still had spoons in them and clearly they were not doing anything. Would it have killed them to spoon a pound of chicken salad out into a container as the spoon for dishing out was still in the salad. Unreal poor customer service

Way overpriced. it’s shocking that’s supermarkets are about making profit as opposed to feeding people. I refuse to purchase anything from them. shopRite is a third the price. And you can see in ShopRite that they care about their employees far more than these other places.

I just wanted to let everyone know what a horribly experience my family and I had at Weis this evening. We have been shopping at Weis for years and we have never been treated as poorly as we just were. We bought white onion which rang up for $2.99 a pound when they were only $1.99 a pound. When we asked the associate Jess to assist us she immediately copped an attitude, it was a head scratcher for sure. When she went to go check the price and found we were correct she became even more disrespectful and unprofessional. My Wife couldn’t even deal with her any more and asked for the Manager, Mike. Well now we know why Jess was so disrespectful and rude, Mike was just as underwhelming as Jess and made it very clear that Jess has had many compliments to our one dissatisfaction, as though we should in some way be so honored to be in her presence. We’ll think again before we decide to spend thousands of dollar’s at Weis when we can be treated appropriately at other grocery stores. anWe have a huge social media presence and we will be sure to let everyone know to be aware of Weis and in particular Jess and Mike. What a disappointment!

I was in Weis this evening with my family. When we arrived at the self check out, our onions rang up for a $1.00 more per pound. We asked the person standing at the front of the check out (Jess) to assist us. She walked over to our register and I explained to her that the onions rang up for $2.99 instead of a $1.99. She had a bad attitude and said very abruptly that she would have to check the price. Her tone was rude and disrespectful. I responded to her, “okay go check”. She stormed off as if we did something wrong. I decided not to say anything to her about her attitude because I was in the store with my family from out of town, who are here because our father is ill. When Jess came back to the register, she was quite frustrated, again none of us said anything. She said she needed to change the price (very angrily). She became very verbally disrespectful with my husband and my sister as she started to make demands around the onions, while we were all confused about her blatant disregard and disrespect to all of us, I said “you need to calm down”, she looked at me with venom in her eyes, then my sister said something to her, then Jess became enraged. At that point we asked her to get her manager. She stormed off with her arms waiving and head shaking, she stopped to tell her coworkers about us and wanted us to see her acting out. She went and got Mike, the manager and’s acted the same way with him as she did with her coworker, she came back with Mike and he approached us with her right by his side. We explained to him our experience over onions (seemed like a minor mistake that we did not make). He was also rude and said we were the first people with a complaint about Jess out of 7000 people. We were astonished at the disrespect and abuse we were enduring and we decided to leave without any of our items. As we walked away quietly Jess screamed out “have a nice night” as she laughed. There were other shoppers and it was such a disgraceful and pathetic situation. All we wanted was help with our onions. We have been shopping at Weis for years and years, even before being in Conshohocken. We will never shop at Weis again. We are established people, who all built successful businesses being in sales with all of us totaling over 70+ years in sales. I have never been attacked and disrespected trying to get support with an issue that was an entry issue on the part of Weis and not us. We are all beside ourselves and still in disbelief that Jess felt compelled to treat us like trash and then Mike followed and did the same.
