I was at this particular Wawa a couple of weeks ago and ordered my usual full-size cheesesteak. I didn't want to complain, but there was something wrong with it. I ended up speaking to Heather (the manager), and she ended up making a brand new one for me, herself personally! It was fantastic, and this is why I love WaWa so much. ? Customer service still exists here!! ? Thank you, Heather!
Parking: There's a limited number of free parking spots, and I usually don't have a problem. However, I have had to wait a minute or two before for someone to pull out, but that's only when it's during the busiest time.

No public restrooms at this location. Parking is difficult by Wawa standards. Ordering food around lunchtime often requires extended wait times compared to other Wawa locations in the area.
Parking: Difficult, the left side of the lot has an entrance only from the main street while the right side has an entrance and exit from the main street as well as an entrance and exit to the side street. It's not unusual to have to wait for a vehicle to leave for you to get a parking spot.

I live in Gladwyne and I usually stop at this Wawa after work. However, last time I stopped to pick up my usual, there was a lady at the register name Patricia, (someone said she’s the manager of that location) being very rude, mean and disrespectful with customer. My family and I won’t be buying from this location as long as this lady is still working there.

Worst experience tonight , I always use my rewards and I earned enough 1k point and ordered a burger. I went on my app and redeemed the wrong thing chicken sandwich. Explained it to the manager and they couldn’t help. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and the new staff is horrible. They got rid of the guy manager which was kind and put this other lady in place and she is not helpful at all. I walked out with nothing after building up my points . What a waste.. Do better wawa

The lady who made my milkshake at the night shift around 12:00 1 am on September 12th 2023 made the best milkshake I've ever had at Wawa before and I got a lot thank you so much it was delicious
