Cannot say anything bad about Wave One, I have done about a dozen orders through them over the past 5 years. Each time my expectations were more than met. The products are top notch, the timeliness, the service, then there's the incredible custom artwork/design they provide. I have done team orders through a couple other places and nothing has compared to Wave One. Highly recommend.

I've been using Wave One for almost 10 years. They have the quality of a major retailer with the customization you cannot find anywhere else. Pat, the graphic designer, comes up with unbelievable logos year after year and will run with any idea you can provide. The sales team is very helpful. I would not give my business to anyone else. Any college, high school, or club team would be crazy to not use Wave One for their apparel. Check out their Instagram page for an idea of what this shop can do.

My order took 2 months to get - once I got it the boys hoody it was an xl but was very small plus the style was very feminine -I called them and they said no returns sorry - wow what horrible customer service the xl fits like a small - I will NEVER order from them again - I am putting this review on our team snap - so disappointed
