Aiden went above and beyond and helping me to return my Xfinity equipment. He was the only one at the store and there were also several other customers that he was able to help very efficiently. It's nice to see the customer service is still alive!

Store charges random custom fees for domestic package Ups Access point pickups. Beware a nothing is posted and there is not set fee.

The Amazon returns alone could drive a mortal insane but not them. The staff that work here are gods among men. That’s dramatic. But the chaos of boxes, envelopes & customers is always handled well. I haven’t had a poor experience, not once, at this location. The customer service is great. I wish for their shake the location was twice the size!

I went into the store today, 7/15 and John and Aiden were incredibly kind and helpful. I've come into this location before and everyone is typically nice but today I was having a really hard time getting my returns together. John and Aiden were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. I even had to come back a second time because I'd made a mistake and left items at home. They were just as helpful the second time around. It just reinforces why this is my go to location.

I want to highlight a very particular employee here at the Butler Pike conshohocken Pennsylvania location. An employee by the name of Mark, who went above, and beyond, assisting me with not only handling the package from the parking lot to the counter, but was clearly leaving for the day when he stopped to come back in and help me with my issues. There was some troubleshooting that was needed in regards to dimensions of the package, weight, and cost, etc. He went above and beyond to help me out in every way, when he clearly didn’t need to, and most likely had been off the clock when he came back to help. I was so impressed that I’ll be making the extra mileage to get to this UPS store versus the other one closer to me because this kind of service matters to the customer immensely. I ship 30 to 40 packages a day, and I typically rotate between the three major carriers, UPS, Usps, and Fedex but after seeing the assistance I’ve received here, I may be putting more of my business in with UPS. A big Thanks to Mark at this location!

Boy, do I have a lot of great things to say! First off, I'm struggling with a large package that I am walking across the parking lot when a gentleman stops me with a backpack has no explanation for me except let me handle this for you. Miss your struggling. I hand it to him. I'm not sure if he's a patron, or he works for UPS but he handles this package so nicely, excuses himself past customers in line walks behind the desk. When I realize he works there I smiled and said oh my God thank you so much. He weighs this measures this for me and assist me Quickly and efficiently and not to go into great detail but let's just put it like this, he didn't have to help me the way he did but he went above and beyond to assist and help me get some thing that's been very stressful for me out in the mail! Not only did I walk out, smiling and thankful, but I am coming back with two other additional packages just like the first where I'm gonna make sure I do my business with UPS. Thanks so much to your team Member MARK, at the UPS store on Butler Pike in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.

Great staff and the easiest way to return anything on amazon. Makes it seamless, not sure why the negative reviews. People expect too much, 100x easier than going to the post office.
