I've been a member since 2010. It has all the equipment you need to shape up and build an athletic physique. It's a comfortable family run gym.

This gym is great and affordable. They have a variety of well maintained equipment and the place is pretty sanitized. The staff is very friendly and will welcome when you go in.

Been lifting here for years. Older equipment but fairly well maintained. Few new pieces come in here and there. Definitely has everything to you need, whether you're a body builder, power lifter or just like to leisurely exercise.
