Don’t buy there warranty it’s a scam told me everything would be covered then come to find out they won’t even pay the dealers labor rates and don’t cover everything they say they do. I bought an Audi from them with an oil leak didn’t know brought to shop and it’s my timing cover and they won’t cover it and shop wants 3,800 dollars for job and parts. So why did I even buy the warranty and it wasn’t cheap warranty. These guys will make it seem like it covers everything and it really doesn’t they falsely advertise it.

Worst dealership in the world. They will sell you an aftermarket warranty that doesn’t cover anything at all. My brother Amir bought a car and drove the car for 600 miles and already started having problems. We reached out to the dealership but they do not want to help out with the bill. We are now stuck with a $16,000 car and a $2400 bill. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This is by far the worst business to deal with! I purchased a pre-owned vehicle there on July 20, 2024 and after driving it off the lot there were two issues with my vehicle. I initially contacted the dealer to inform them of the issues and I did receive a call back from the General Manager, Scott Klocksen and after multiple times of playing phone tag with him I finally got him on the phone. I told him what the issues were and he advised me to bring the car in so they can take a look at it. My wife volunteered to bring the car in for service since we live about a hour from the dealership. My wife spent the whole day there and after spending the whole day they did not resolve the issues. They then said to bring the car back in for service, it spent 8 days at their dealership and again nothing was resolved. We called Scott multiple times and didn't receive any word from him. We also called our salesman Al Helmuth multiple times who kept giving us the runaround saying that the service department needed parts and that they were on order. Well after 8 days of holding my car hostage, nothing had been fixed. You'd figure after 8 days of having a car at least one issue could have been fixed. We finally picked up the car from them and took it to an independent mechanic who said that it needed over $3000 in repairs. We spent a lot of money on this car and we still need $3000 in repairs. Please do yourself a favor an steer clear of these burglars! They will gladly take your money and sell you a car but the after care is horrendous. Please do not buy from Selden, they will take your money and run!

The sale of the car was quick and easy but I have a control arm bushings problem with my Maserati Ghibil that they sold me and that they didn't tell me about. Took it to Faulkner Maserati, and they had to fixed the car at a price of 2700.00. They told me they would never sell a car in that condition. Tried calling Selden Motors and lefted messages for general manager Scott to discuss the problem, but they never returned my calls.

Selden motors will rip you off!! They say they will inspect your car but once you leave their lot and have it checked out is when you really find out what's going on with your vehicle. My vehicle didn't even make it 10 miles until the leaks started coming out. Now the liars at Seldon motors want even respond to you. Looks like my vehicle was probably in a flood. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP OF A DEALERSHIP!!!!
