I walked inside to get my order, and I was told to wait outside for my pickup order and press “walk up” on their email to confirm I was there. Got an email saying “thanks for picking up your order” about a minute later, but no one ever came out. Waited for 20 minutes and went inside. A different customer service associate found my item sitting behind the counter. They just never came out to give it to me like was instructed. The first person helping me seemed annoyed the whole time. Not planning to come back here. All their stuff is overpriced anyways. I only went here because they had what I needed in store, and I needed it ASAP.

I am an older woman whojist received a rollator from a friend. The only problem was it had no brakes, which could be problematic for going for walks. I called the bike repair shop and the gentleman said he would look àt it. He fixed the disconnected brakes qnd otdered the one cable that was fraying, for me to gey

We needed help purchasing binoculars, waterproof shoes and other gear for a summer eco-cruise. Several different REI staff members helped us, and all were great. They explained how to maximize our discounts and connected us with the perfect hiking shoes for our trip. We were impressed with the selection, quality and the prices for these items. Appreciate that REI offers free shipping if you become a member, for a one-time fee.

Incredibly insightful and friendly customer service here. Buying a bike is a headache and I needed to buy three for the fam!! Goose walked me through all of my options from adult to kids bikes to accessories. He was patient, friendly and informative.
I couldn’t fit my bike in my car at the end and they were nice enough to keep it overnight for me to pick up the next day.
I’m very satisfied with the bikes I bought from here and I’ll definitely go back for future purchases.

A staff person on register working 5/5/24 at 1 pm was loudly boasting about how pro-Israel they are. Politics aside - what an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience to put your customers through.

I didn't have the best experience here. I ordered a bike for pick up, and the man who helped me with the check out process was helpful. But then, I tried to fit the assembled bike into my SUV and was having trouble. I called the store and asked if someone could help me get the $600+ bike I had just purchased from them into my car, the woman who answered the phone sounded very annoyed and responded "I'll see if we have time." I ended up doing it myself. When I brought the bike home, I immediately noticed the seat was loose, and it's not something I can fix, and I can't ride it with the loose seat. This store is an hour away from me so I will probably have to go somewhere else and pay for them to fix my brand new bike assembled by REI.
