Bought a used car roughly 7 months ago, now my whole transmission needs replacing costing 7 grand and I will have put nearly $20,000 into this car in roughly 6 months. I haven't been able to get to work in 2 weeks because of this. Owner said they "know more about the car than you do" while on the phone with a customer during my visit so they don't negotiate price. Service was not helpful when contacted.

Communication skills very bad unless you are trying to buy a car. Be careful with what car you are purchasing here Also do not buy their warranty services total joke. also never cancel my warranty for me even after I went in to cancel.The most dishonest car dealership in Philadelphia and that says a lot. IF YOU SEE THIS PRO MOTORSPORTS WHY HAVE YOU NOT CANCELED MY WARRANTY AFTER I CAME IN AND SIGNED I WILL HAVE MY LAWYER CALL YOU NEXT WEEK IF NOTHING HAPPENED BECAUSE I GAVE UP WITH YOU GUYS

THUMBS WAAAYYYY DOWN! These car dealerships in Conshohocken are so fraudulent it is sickening! If you are thinking of buying a used vehicle, do not patron their locations! They even have posts about being safe during the school year, but they allow people to buy their vehicles. Vehicles that are NOT SAFE to put their children in. Vehicles, that they say are safe to drive when they are no where near so!! My daughter bought a Chevy Traverse that has had nothing but major issues.She has tried to get assistance from the dealer to have someone get the check engine light off, to research further why it keeps coming on, wheels locking up, and multiple other safety issues. My daughter has called repeatedly after putting down almost $7,000 and has an $11,000 loan that she must pay every month, but the vehicle has not been able to be driven for more than a few times since purchase months ago!!! They have not addressed the problems with this vehicle since inception. It had a check engine light on and she has had it into her own mechanic more than a few times and now pro sports will not even address her or contact from the mechanic that found multiple issues. They essentially took about $16,000 from her and gave her a car that is unsafe for my grandsons to be in!
***IF you care about this, even if you don’t care about this, I urge you to share my post with everyone that you know. These dealerships should not be allowed to stay in business.

This place a fantastic place to get a car. The entire team was patient and wanted my to be comfortable in my choice of car. All of the staff are friendly knowledgeable and patient. You really get the feeling that they want to give you the proper solution to your car needs. Ro, Kyle, Ray,Vienna, Dave and John thank you all so much for making this an easy process. Cynthia in the service dept, thank you as well for the fantastic job you do in helping to make sure that i was properly taken care of with any issues afterwards.I will glady reffer this place to anyone and everyone that needs a car.

My salesman Kyle was very likable, professional and fair. We came looking for a specific car and Kyle and the rest of the sales team did everything in their power to get us into our price range. All in all it was a painless and efficient endeavor. They were also very patient with our toddler and infants, thanks pro sports!

These sales people are the worst pro motorsports, one of the worst in Conshohocken PA they try to sell me a lemon car car couldn’t even pass inspection. I wouldn’t buy a car from these people stay away from them.

I bought two vehicles and within 6 months the transmission needed to be replaced ($6000) and the other vehicles wiring to the alternator was so bad it burnt the entire alternator. The repair man at Jeep stated he’d never seen anything like this in his 20 years of service
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Additionally they gave me the run around to refund me for my Gap insurance

I want to say what a phenomenal experience. Kyle took care of us throughout the process of getting a new car. Immediately he was approachable and friendly and made it easy to feel comfortable and confident in his ability to help us.
We ran into lots of issues on our end that would have made the process difficult and for most places we would have most likely been turned away and told we couldn’t be helped. Kyle bent forwards and backwards doing everything he can possible to make the best of our what felt like an impossible situation. We are so grateful for pro sport motors and for the opportunity, the entire team put forth their best foot stepping in wherever they could to help us.
We are so incredibly happy to have the new car. And I want to once again mention none of this would have been possible without Kyles generosity, kindness, patience, and understanding of our situation. 15/10 experience!!

Pro sport motors has really nice vehicles the sales guy Kyle was awesome, he wasn't pushy like some sales people, we were able to take our time, his energy was good and he was nice. The paperwork in the office took a little longer than expected but staff was friendly. Overall it was a good car buying experience, I highly recommend ?

Yes this review is only for people who like their money if you do do not go here I've had my car if only 2 months and I'm already in for two thousand and repairs they have a lot of shady dealings they get to a mechanic to treat the car so it works well for about a week and then here it comes please save yourself the headache and the cost and stay away from them at all cost more to come and also be warned I think they have a mechanic on their payroll giving them inspection stickers when a lot of these cars cannot pass inspection they'll say anything to get you in the door and get you to the car but once you buy it it's all over they don't even want to hear from you again they stand behind nothing and the reason is because they know these cars are heavily flawed I haven't even put 1,000 mi on this car yet and already over $2,000 plus in repairs don't fall for the foolery please go somewhere else okay this is an update I put over $5,000 of repairs in this vehicle I've given up no more I went and bought a good reputable vehicle I didn't have this car a year and a half and it died something broke and before I could even get that repaired something else broke please save yourself the headache in trouble State farm far away from these people please
