On September 11 2024, I had the privilege of meeting the sales person at Porsche Conshohocken and was amazed by the experience of both the sales person Roger Marty and the preowned manager Alan Causing. Roger not only took his time to help us but also sharing an amazing story about his personal life with my wife all while keeping my 4 year old daughter occupied. I am thankful for Alan who has such an extensive knowledge in the cars his is selling and also had the pleasure of understanding his passion for all of his inventory.

I purchased a CPO vehicle from this dealership in 2023 and had it shipped to me. Even after paying for shipping, prices were less than I was finding in my home state. However, the dealership did not notice a shattered driver-side sun visor mirror. I paid to have this replaced by my local dealership, and unfortunately after months of requests, Porsche Conshohocken has not reimbursed me. I recommend weighing the competitive prices versus the risk of potential issues like this. Next time I'll likely purchase locally instead.

Problem with outside temperature, taking too long to display correctly, mechanic Eric,talk to me and gave me a video,of what he did.
I also asked him to show me how to use the
Fog lights, he said the day time lights are the fog lights, pointing down,also if you turn on the
Fog light switch, the fog lights go on in the Rear,of the 2021 Porsche Macan S.

Eric is the most passionate person when it comes to Porsche. He wants to explain every single thing and is patient and unbelievably knowledgeable. From start to finish, it was such a positive experience! I love my new car!

Scheduled appointment easily online with valet pickup and delivery. Good communication with service advisor throughout the day. All services and problems addressed with valet delivery of car in the afternoon. I don’t write reviews, but the valet brought me a treat bag with hand written thank you note and cookies, so I had to express my appreciation!
