115 Ridge Pike, ConshohockenThe only reason I'm giving 4-stars is because of the owner. The two employees we worked with were solid. However, when we came back to visit our puppy a couple of times during the week (had to wait to take puppy home because he was from out of state), their vibe totally changed when the owner was around. The owner of Playful also owns Ruh Roh's pet shop around the corner. Same thing happened there. Employees were very nice without the owner present and very stressed when owner was there. Anyway, I don't know the backstory. Maybe something stressful was happening at both places on multiple days.Last thing....negotiate! The employee who helped us told us we can negotiate and we saved $700. The next day, when we returned to visit our dog, the other employee never told the other customers to negotiate and they paid full price.

256 Spring Mill Ave, ConshohockenBest groom we have had in the area! Allison and Nancy (who was in training) took incredible care of my dog and gave him a fantastic cut. The communication was top notch as well. My dog had a lot of anxiety getting up on the table and Allison and her team worked through different options to make him feel comfortable so they could proceed with the cut - all while keeping me in the communications loop. I feel lucky that I found a new groomer that I love!

Also, the periodic updates throughout the evaluation process and surgery was much appreciated.

The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. But what really made the night special was our waitress, Cara. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made us feel like we were the only guests in the restaurant.
