Called 3 different brokerages to ask for their top realtors, and Mark was hands down the best. Helped me buy my first small property, now helping my wife/I buy our dream home and couldn’t be more helpful. Out of country as I write this and Mark just FaceTimed with us to “walk us through” a house. We put in an offer and only did this way because we trust him. Update to come on the house ?? but def use Mark.

It was a pleasure working with this gentlemen, he assisted me in reviewing properties and determining if it fits my needs and wants. We landed on a perfect property together and I honestly couldn’t have done it without him. He was professional, had excellent communication, and clearly knew what he was doing.

Waited to tour an apartment and confirmed that the time was still good for Mark 15 minutes before our appointment. 20 minutes after my text I was told “yes”. As another 15 minutes passed I called and no answer. As I left I then received a phone call that he had been in the unit since 6. Zero communication, extremely rude and unprofessional. Embarrassing
