Horrible, overall I would never recommend them to anyone. Labor costs are outrageous costing $980 for a job which should have taken at the most 1.5 hours. Total rip off.

I brought my first Ford to John Kennedy in Conshohocken for servicing because the dealership where I bought the car provided a poor customer experience during the sale and follow-up servicing. John Kennedy Ford has always provided exceptional customer service — so much so that I bought my second Ford there. As a single woman, I appreciated that I wasn’t pressured and the sales team made several great recommendations during the sales process. The service techs complete maintenance and repairs on time, do quality work, communicate well, and are friendly and accommodating. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I purchased a used car a month ago. They assured me that the car has been inspected and it was in great condition. I did a test drive and it was OK for me. But after I purchased it I noted several hidden flaws. Headliner started to fall down, the gas gauge provides wrong information, the suspension is finished and the engine makes a rough noise. The radiator fluid was extremely dirty. I already spent $600 to fix the headliner and flush the radiator fluid circuit. The engine noise still needs to be diagnosed, the suspension still defective.
So, I’m extremely disappointed with this dealer that sells junk cars with hidden problems. Definitely I don’t recommend to purchase an used car at this dealership.
