Kelly Berger took over from my previous agent of about 30 years. I've only had one interaction with the Kelly Berger office and it was absolutely perfect, I was in a rush and the young man who answered my call on the first ring, pulled up my information and the transaction was probably only 3 to 5 mins long. Which was exactly what I needed, no hold time, quick accurate help, so I'm quite pleased with them so far.

While I was being indecisive about continuing my long tenure with Allstate. I shopped around for a less expensive insurance. During this process Mrs Davies and Robert spent may hours explaining how insurance works and the value of being a long term Allstate customer with the Davies agency. They even met with me personally to review my coverages. Due to their patience and the way they explained everything me so thoroughly I know the value of having an agent that cares. Robert was extremely helpful with the whole process of switching my auto and homeowners insurance to Allstate. He explained all of the coverages to me, and made sure my family and I are covered properly. Everyone in the office seems very friendly and efficient.

What a wonderful experience. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service and attention we have received over the years from our Allstate agent. We have filed 2 claims recently and have had great customer service from Allstate and the third party vendors that we have worked with for our repairs. Jody and her staff are always helpful and do more than they need to help. We are really thankful to have such a great team working for with us on our home, auto and life insurance.

I been a customer of Jody Davies Allstate for over 10 years. After a recent auto accident Jody was able to get my settle check within 48 hours so I could purchase a new car. Jody and her staff went out of their way to keep me informed of the process. Their customer service impeccable. After going through this experience they had me set up a meeting with Brian, their life specialist to discuss life insurance. Now I know that if something happens in the future I am fully protected. I would like to tell everyone who has home insurance already or who is looking for home insurance about our true experience with our agency Jody Davies. More about a few year ago, my relatives told me to change our home insurance to Allstate, then we changed to Jody Davies. Since day one as a new member, Jody's office staffs, and her self treat us as like a family member. About three weeks ago, our generator be damaged by lighting and my husband just had heart surgery at that time, Jody and her office staffs all started to help us right way in dealing with Allstate insurance claim policy. I never had claim experience and also have to take care of my husband's health, Jody's office and Jody her self helped me one by one to go through the procedure and most importantly is Jody her self helped us to speed up with the claim procedure and we can get generator replace faster. We appropriated so much for Jody and her office's help. We feel so lucky to have Jody Davies as our agency. I just want to say thank you very much again.
