Great haircut every time. I’ll make the detour or special trip once every three weeks to go here because they’re so reliable. New ownership seems like a really good thing, and the name isn’t ridiculous anymore!

I'm a long time customer from before when it was I'm Sergio and was always very happy but recently got my hair cut at Kosa and I just went in for a clean up and ended up almost bald. I called the manager to speak with someone about them taking off way to much hair but never got a call back. I've waited a week just to see if the initial shock would pass but I am so upset that I have to wear a hat plus it's winter and my head is cold.... I just wanted it faded around my neckline and ears. It's nice that you saved me money by cutting my hair so short... I won't need another haircut for months!! But damn I said clean it up not shave. Very unhappy ?

Fantastic place, fantastic people. I've been going to Kosa for years (when it was It's Sergio) and have been very pleased with my stylist, Anya. She's out on temporary leave, and I had Vesna fill in today. Their personalities, professionalism and competency are second to none. The support staff is attentive, friendly and wonderful. I highly recommend Kosa to everyone in and near Conshohocken and the surrounding area. I will not go anywhere else. (also pluses: cold beer, hot towels, neck and scalp massages!)

I lived in the area for 7 years and tried at least that many shops before finding this one. Now, I’ve been coming here for about 5 years and will never go anywhere else. I even moved so it’s a farther drive, but you can’t beat the quality of the people, cut, and overall experience.
My only hesitation in recommending is that it’ll just be that much more difficult for me to get an appointment with Mel!

Vesna is the most friendly, amazing person ever! As a new business owner, she is the best and I doubt you’ll find anyone who does a better job than her. As her client (personally and professionally), she is the best haircutter you could ever ask for and does a phenomenal job every time! You also can’t go wrong with anyone else at Kosa.

Kosa is the best! Obviously I always get a great haircut but the service and pampering puts this place above any other place I’ve been. Staff is super friendly and quick to offer a beer upon arrival. Also scalp massages and hot towel wraps are a heavenly bonus to getting a haircut!!
