I booked a small car, and they gave me a large SUV and charged me for it! They told me no small car was available, even if it was listed on the website. Not my problem. That already happened to me in another Hertz; they upgraded it and didn't charge me. BWT, the car wasn't clean.

Shout out to Angel for being honest and running up the street as I was walking after returning my rental car to give me my tablet that I left behind. He super cool

I love this location, its 1 of 2 on my favorites list! The guys that work in here are friendly & accommodating, fast & efficient, helpful and give great customer service! Be aware this is a very busy location & can run out of cars but I never waited more than 10mins to be helped.
