Use Giant Direct, pick up either 4500 West Chester pike or 1500 West Chester. EVERY week there is a drama with ordering. No receipts, website down. Do they hire monkeys for the IT department? Cant take it anymore. Going back to ShopRite and pay the $5.00 fee. I spend lots of $ at Giant and they just cant get it right.

RACISM IS STILL ALIVE!! So today I got racially profiled today at this location. So I am a instacart shopper who shops here for most of my order mainly every single day, I come in and out of this store maybe about 4-5 times a day. Today on my second order I went to go checkout at self checkout, as I am checking out I hear one the employees who is an older lady with glasses don't know her name call a lady Michelle over to tell her to keep an eye out on me because I been in here twice today and she believe I am stealing. Remind you I am an INSTACART shopper of course I am going to be in here numerous of times this is my job lol, so when I approached her about it she lied saying she never said that when I sat here and heard her say it. I asked could I speak with a manger and it seems like he didn't take what I was saying seriously of course. So when me and my husband approached the employee she said to us that she didn't say I was stealing she said that I been in here twice and the first time I didn't pay for the bags really so keep a eye out for her. Seriously, so I kindly went to my car to get my receipt to show them that I paid for bags but no one didn't want to see my proof that I didn't steal the bags and knew that she was in the wrong. I asked to speak with the general manager on duty Chris and when they went to find him in the break room after calling him for 15 minutes on the store intercom he tells the employee to tell us he is unavailable after we seen him earlier which we didn't know that he was the general manager at the time talking to the lady who accused me of stealing. This location has no compassion for certain kind of people at all. Please be aware of this location.

Didn't have a popular brand of Mandrin teriyaki sauce that I like. No canned black beans, or many other beans, in the canned vegetables section but the next day I saw them in the ethnic foods section. I got the beans in a dollar store before I figured it out. No ginger snap cookies. My former supermarket had two name brands and a store brand of ginger snaps. Giant only had lemon snaps. I think the hot and cold food bar, where you scoop out the food yourself, is cheaper than supermarkets in NJ (it's $10 per lb in two Keyport NJ supermarkets) which is good. Not sure how prices compare to other Easton PA supermarkets. No fresh corn muffins. You can get over $50 cash back at checkout which I like.

Today when shopping at Giant my cashier failed to help bag my food.I've been shopping at Giant for 12 years and always had cashier help with bagging.Store #6481.Cashier told me that is not her job.

They keep filling prescriptions even after being told not to. I told them to a prescription off auto renewal 3 times as I would be switching lo and behold they still filled. Employees just shrug and say oh well. Finally got someone to actually take it off autorenewal today but not until after they filled the prescription again.

Poor selection at this store. There was no Cold Stone Creamery coffee creamers, a poor selection of Progresso soups and no Marie's Creamy Garlic dressing.

Do NOT go here!! I have never been so disrespected in my life. The woman working in the self service checkout lane "Sharon" was Very Rude and Disrespectful. I was checking out my groceries and just when I was finishing and about to pay this woman comes up out of nowhere shoving a paper mask in my face telling me "put this on". This woman had her hand all over the mask and it wasn't even in a sealed package. I don't know that woman nor do I know where her hands been and I don't know where she got that mask from so I told her, No. I just walked around the store for 30+ minutes shopping, stood in line, rang up all of my groceries and all of a sudden I'm harassed about a mask when I'm about to swipe my card to pay. She then started to be very verbally abusive towards me and followed me outside the store when I left. She told me to, "Eat her a**** I went back into the store to ask for the manager and some young guy said that he was the manager; I told him what she said to me and he just looked at me like I was crazy and he was more concerned with telling me to pull my mask up. At that point I left the store because I'm tired of dealing with uninformed people that make ignorant remarks. If you have your mask on why are you worried about me. I have natural immunity. I can't get it nor can I spread it but I don't feel that I have to discuss my medical history or standing with a stranger in the grocery store. People need to wake up and stop violating people's human rights. A mandate is Not a law and I'm tired of grocery stores and other people trying to play politics and try to enforce policies that clearly infringe on everyone's human and civil rights. No One have the authority to tell me or anyone else to put something over their face to obstruct their breathing. US Code Title 18 Section 245 is a FEDERAL LAW! Not mandate. People need to read the US Constitution and The Bill of Rights. I think most people have forgotten about that. At this point I'm not going back into another Giant grocery store again, they're not the only game in town. I can go to Safeway, Shoppers, Aldi, Price Rite and many others; I don't NEED Giant, Giant NEEDS me and people like me. If they want to play politics, harass their customers and insult them, fine; I'll take my business elsewhere.

This store has gone downhill ever since they added the wine/beer section -- the store was too small as it was! Lately they are never well stocked and the selection is much smaller than other Giants. I check the dates on everything because I routinely find items at or past their sell by date - who wants bread that was "best by" 2 days earlier? I know it's hard to find workers these days but some of the younger cashiers have zero interest in doing their job and more than once have forgotten to take off my coupons. The parking lot is a disaster and it doesn't help when tractor trailers make deliveries directly in front of the store! I like Giant stores overall but not this one. This would be such a nice neighborhood market but falls short on everything. I have even complained to corporate and never got a response.
