I've shopped here on and off for years. In July I made a large purchase for vacation. More than half the nuts and trail mix were not fresh. Some had a funny smell.

This place has stuff I can’t usually find anywhere else, and the staff is always helpful, polite, and nice. If you don’t check this place out you’re missing something special. And they even do snacks for puppies!! My fur kids love their treats!

Best candy store around! I have been coming here since the mid 90's & they have EVERYTHING you are looking for, cashew butter, chocolate covered everything, white & milk & dark chocolate. And a large variety of trail mixes. Fresh nuts, old fashioned candy from back in the day. Believe me, you won't be disappointed.

Although a bit pricey, this store has nearly every candy you could possibly ever want. It also carries spices, nuts, and a huge variety of cake & candy decorations. I came here looking for old fashioned candies for my dad's 90th birthday party & I was NOT disappointed.

It's just an okay place. I'm disappointed. More candies than nuts. Lots of nuts were missing. Prices were much higher than it's competitors. Not going there again.

Reasonable prices and huge inventory. My grandmother, a connoisseur in everything home made, has been a patron for years. Whether you’re buying ingredients to make your own creations (I.e. nuts, chocolates, even spices), or looking to buy already made novelties, this is the place to frequent. They have their own parking lot, and a handicap accessible ramp. The website is very interesting and explains the history and evolution of the company which originally dates back to 1899. They describe the business as, “An old-fashioned nut “museum” and candy “landmark”…[and] a pillar of the community”, contributing to community and civic affairs. They got only four stars from us because we asked the sales associate today if they had a particular item and he said, “Uh no, I don’t think we do”. We found said item in the aisle on our way to the checkout. Otherwise, a fun little place to spend your money!

An extraordinary gem in Conshohocken. Edwards Freeman has every candy and so much more! This is your stop for ANY food gift, any hot sauce, spice, cake decoration, any nut, dried fruit, and collectible.Seasonal products just make this historic jewel even more special. Don’t pass Conshy without a visit!Although located in a one-way street, there is ample parking next door, a few steps from the front entrance. An easy out, down the street and you’re back in downtown on Fayette street. Great place to spend a just a few dollars on a treat or a little more to make up a gift basket or supply a pantry.
