Do not do business with them. Placed an order over a month ago and canceled the same day because their shipping is more than product. I was told they would refund $170. Followed up a week later and was told it was being processed. Now I can’t get a response by phone, email or text. Still no refund. So no trophy, no refund. Absolutely horrible customer service!

My company has been doing business with Don-Len for more than a decade, but after our experience with them this year, we won't be doing business with them again. We ordered company shirts from them in January. They didn't realize we had actually made the order until a month later, when I reached out to see how our order was coming along. They then used a prior order to fill our order, so the quantities and sizes were all off. They asked us to pay for their mistake, which we did. They then took another month or so to send us the appropriate remaining sizes, but they were short 10 embroidered shirts, which they have promised us on about a half dozen separate occasions, We received 5 of the shirts about 2 months ago, more than 6 months after the original order. We're still waiting on the final 5. Which they've again promised us four times over the past six weeks. Did I mention again that we (officially) ordered these shirts in February, and it's now late-October. They moved from Conshohocken to Pottstown at the beginning of the year, which they neglected to mention tome when we ordered...so I was expecting some moving pains and confusion. But this has been the single worst and most frustrating customer service experience of my lifetime. We ordered in the Winter, paid in full for this order in the Spring, and we're halfway through Fall, and it's still not fulfilled.

Absolutely ridiculous business to deal with. Paid for a small order two months ago. Have received nothing but excuses. They claim to have mailed multiple plates however none have ever been received. Every time you inquire you get told sorry they'll send it out soon. Next week. Next week. Next week. Sorry, next week. Done with it. Avoid. Dishonest business practices at work here. Clownish. I'd order somewhere else if I were you.

Clownish business. After a small order two months ago it's just an endless stream of excuses. Avoid and order somewhere else. Dishonest business at worst, inept and clownish at best.

I ordered a plaque last November as a Christmas present and every week they told me "next week next week next week." By late December, nothing. I cancelled and got another gift. The plaque would have had my gf welling up with tears of joy. DonLen let me down.

Great service to get my order started, slight delay on delivery time, and the final product was not what I was hoping for. They were T-shirt orders for a Christmas gifts for personal training clients. The printing was not quite what was requested, the final cost was around 30% higher than quoted and agreed upon. They offered a partial refund and said that they would send a check and after months of follow up I still never received one from them. Owner was not nice to deal with and overheard him bad mouthing me to his employees. Will not do business with them again.

I needed uniforms for Bridgeport Little League. Due to Covid, our season got off to a late start, and we needed the order to be rushed. One of our board members had recommended Don Len. The staff was great to work with and the order was completed perfectly, and on time - I will be placing all our future orders with Don Len

Don’t use this company . Horrible! I ordered a bench press trophy because mine broke . They took my money and after 5 weeks called them they said next week, it never came so I called them again , then they said we will call you back and never did . So I called again, very nasty he said we will refund your money then . Guess what they didn’t do that either . My advice use Neil Anderson they at least are reliable.
