Andy did an amazing job on my fiance's engagement ring! He provided excellent advice on how to make my dream design into something practical that will be a future heirloom. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to work with me during several different appointments. He was very honest and communicative about the budget and lead time, so there were no surprises. Most importantly, she loves her ring and it fits her personality perfectly. My fiance and I both love the one of a kind ring and will definitely be back for wedding bands!

Just treated myself to a pair of diamond studs and shopped around at many stores before deciding on Diamond House. Andy and Dawn could not have been nicer and the quality and price were unbelievable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced and just in the realm of jewelry. The absolute best buying experience I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. The quality of work and options are amazing as well but these are only a few reasons as to why they have customers fly in from California and Florida. If I ever move away from PA I will be one of the customers that will travel in to do business with these amazing people. If you ever go anywhere else you are making a mistake. No one will treat you with as much honesty, respect, and high level of customer service as these two fine people will! I felt like I spent 20K+ the way I was treated.

Andy and his team did an amazing job with our rings! Not only did they make my dream wedding band come to life by taking my description and running with it, but they provided valuable advice to myself and my husband on what we should add and remove to get the most out of our purchase. They provided multiple cleanings for us, resized our rings multiple times, and were nothing short of helpful to us and our families for their jewelry needs come time for our wedding. My fiance and I were unfortunately not having good experiences at other jewelry stores and we are so incredibly thankful we found Diamond House Jewelry! Andy and Dawn were very friendly and knowledgeable and the store was absolutely beautiful. They called us before our appointment to ensure they understood exactly what we were looking for and our budget. At the appointment they had multiple beautiful options for us to look at and they explained all of the details for each option and we were able to compare and choose. In the end they helped us create the engagement ring I had been dreaming of! They were even able to get it done super fast so we would have it for Thanksgiving to share with our families. I would highly recommend Diamond House Jewelry to anyone looking for quality product and amazing customer service! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had a custom engagement ring made for my fiance that she really loves, it was a bit of an unusual design and they were able to accommodate well within the price range I had in mind and quickly as well - very friendly staff as well, would highly recommend

We went to them first thing for our wedding band just to look. Everything was beautiful, I found my ring within probably 3 minutes. Dawn is a delight and SO funny, adore her. I definitely recommend any brides to come here for the full package, some laughs, and to support a local business!

Have nothing but great things to say about Dawn & Andy from Diamond House! They created the most perfect ring.
