I took my car to Dempsey's without calling ahead of time because I forgot the name of the place. Both times the owner came outside and spent time looking at my car and figuring out the problem and let me know what needed to be done. One of the times I was working with a different automotive place and after a few failed attempts and me realizing that they weren't gonna solve the problem, I took my car to Dempsey's to see if they could help. Ryan, the owner, came outside on the spot and helped me with my car by examining the symptom and then letting me know what needed to be done. I was shocked because like I said, another mechanic couldn't get to the bottom of the issue but Ryan was able to identify the problem, told me what needed to be done, and charged me a very reasonable price! I was new to the area but after the second visit there I knew I found my mechanic. The only reason I didn't stay with him after the first time was I ended up at the wrong place by mistake. Dempsey's gets you in very quickly and is VERY reasonably priced. I won't take my car anywhere else and I'm really glad I found them!Services: Electrical repair

I called them at 9:30 on a Tuesday and they had the old brakes off and the new ones on by 5 PM. They were great to deal with and did an excellent job making sure the car is ready to roll.
