I was in the Whitehall store. Unfortunately, the dresses we had ordered a few weeks prior were no longer available in the color we had selected. Danielle was wonderful in assisting us with reaching a compromise which worked for all 3 bridesmaids and the store. I gave 4 stars only because of the dissapointment of our original color not being available, but Danielle made sure we all left happy.

Joline was absolutely FANTASTIC! I've got a big bridal party and she was able to take care of EVERYONE and get them what they needed. Her personality is so very wonderful and she was an absolute joy to work with. I highly recommend this store (and Joline)!

Madison and Kiara were fantastic!!! They were very patient with me, and let me try on what I wanted, and threw in a style that I didn’t think I would like on me, but i absolutely loved it!! So appreciative

I will give my experience a 2, the first time we walked in David's Bridal, the lady at the front desk was very rude. Telling us we had to have an appointment to even walk in the store to even look at the dresses my girlfriend picked out online for her wedding. So we made an appointment. The day of the appointment we had an ok experience. We had to pick out several dresses. The lady helping us wasn't very bubbly but as at the time we have already been to several places and had 5 star service. My girlfriend did want the bridesmaids dresses from here so we made a 3rd appointment for them. . When I went to pick my dress up after ordering it in my size since they didn't have it in store. I went to try it on and the the guy just opened the fitting room and walked away with out assisting or any help. I had to ask a customer to help me zip it. I waited in fitting room and outside fitting room hoping he would come back but he did not. When I finished getting dressed I went to front desk and complained about how I felt because that was no way to make a customer feel.I guess since the customer already paid prior there was no reason to acknowledge them anymore. Customer service needs to do better.

I just call spoke with young lady name Marrissa @ David Bridal in Plymouth Meeting I ask could I have the name of the Bridal consultant who assist me looking for my mother of the bridal dress she told they can't find her name I ask can I speak with store manger she put me on hold three times then she told me store manger will not be in till tomorrow but not sure what time and then she hung on me I call back this young lady is very RUDE and had audacity to have attitude and you wonder why I won't be returning customer services is horrible I truly hope store manger name Jeanette or owner contact me please retrain your staff how to assist your customer and some knowledge but most importantly how to talk to customers Marrissa does not need to answer phones period

Went to David’s bought my granddaughter a prom dress had alteration done paid $117.00 for alterations came back to pick up gown it looked like nothing was done straps were too long, waist was too big, the waist uneven she remeasured and said I owed $33 dollars more I said I paid $117 dollars and nothing look right the seamstress gave me a poor excuse why they was charging again I needed my granddaughter dress for the next day for her prom so I paid. The seamstress told me to come back in 2 hrs came back the clips I paid for was showing in the back took it and said they would correct it came back looking worst than before seamstress leaving for the day offered me some pins to pin it I will never shop there again I have always bought my gowns there but the place is trash now.

Sad to say that I must change my 5 star review to only 1, and that is only because I can't rate any lower.
We had a wonderful experience buying my daughter's wedding dress, but it only went downhill from there.
Our alterations appt was rescheduled, and then following that, our pick up was postponed 3 different times, with the last appt the store allowed us to show up for pickup, confirming two days before, only for us to arrive to be told it wasn't ready.. could we come back in 2.5 hrs. (We live almost an hr away). After then being told to come back in 1.5 hrs, before we arrived for the appt, they called to inform us it still wasn't ready and we would need to come back in another hour. So, since we had already made the trip, and felt we were at their mercy, we waited. However, at 8:30, when we returned, we were told the dress STILL wasn't completed, and would not be. We would need to come back, yet again! At that point, we felt we had no confidence in their ability to complete the dress, so we left with a partially altered dress, which we will have to find someone else to complete. The only tiny silver lining is we did get a full refund on the alterations. This was the worst experience I have ever had in trying to get a dress altered. They offered no real reasons other than they were short staffed. They had my daughters dress for over 2 months, and left us with lace off the dress, pins still in it, and holes where the lace was removed! I would not recommend having them alter anything!

My experience with David’s Bridal in Woodbridge Virginia has been disheartening .I selected my dress in March, my alterations were promised in April,however the date was changed to May 3, 2024, I live an hour and 30 minutes away from David’s Bridal in Woodbridge .. if traffic is good. I had to call in to work to go pick up my dress May 3, with my mom whom is disabled. An employee called me on May 2nd and said my dress was not ready, I asked why? My wedding is June 15, 2024, the employee of David’s Bridal said they have been short in staff and the woman who does the alterations had not been to work.. I expressed my concern and how stressful this is! I was given an apology and the employee promised the dress would be ready on May 7, 2024, I told her I was unable to pick up that day due to my schedule and my children , I was told by the employee that I could pick my dress up May 10,2024 at :1:00 pm. I arrived at David’s bridal with my mom at 12 and waited until my appointment at 1, I was escorted to the back of the store where the alterations are done and I sat back there waiting to receive my dress and nobody said anything. Finally a girl walked past, I asked her where is my dress?! I was told by the employee that my dress is not ready, she is sorry, the person that does alterations does not come in until 5, she told me I could wait. I was devastated, I instantly started crying and I was shaking. At this point I don’t know what to do, this was not the experience that I was supposed to have, the communication is absolutely terrible with David’s Bridal, I spoke with the manager Miya and she could only apologize for EVERYTHING that I have been through and someone should have called me before I made this trip. I was refunded my alterations cost and they booked me an appointment at another location closer to me to have them do the alterations tomorrow May 11th. I am on pins and needles stressing about my wedding dress and the alterations. I called Corporate three times Today and of course the call volume was high and I was on hold and asked to get a call back. My drive back to Richmond with the traffic took three hours. I’m exhausted. Stressed out and extremely disappointed with the customer service that I have received with David’s bridal. my all-around experience has been awful.

I called to about return my daughter wedding dresses that they messed up on. I have a case number and know there not getting back to about the issues we had. The dress was done wrong and there so much other things that were wrong as well.
My daughter wedding is in 2 month and We need to get this issue done. I tried calling and it saying use text messages because everyone is busy.
The manager of the store was supposed to call me back as well and has not.
I'm really get upset.

This company is very unresponsive and unhelpful when trying to cancel an order due to delays on their end. I texted the 38201 number as requested at 2:36 pm today, someone finally responded at 9:32 pm only to GHOST me when I requested to cancel when they told be the ship by date was 04/19. I ordered this dress on the 27th and the estimated delivery date was 04/04. When I expressed this Deliana said “ I do apologize as explained there was a delay in the shipment which delayed delivery on your order.” That’s too late for me so I requested to cancel and haven’t heard back since. Now I have to try to contact them again to get this order canceled and hopefully the next person will be more responsive. David’s Bridal used to be an upstanding establishment until it got new owners. They need to go back to the drawing board in terms of customer service because leaving a customer on read for an hour is beyond ridiculous and from the other reviews, I can see that this company is not a reputable company. I will forever take my business elsewhere and share my experience with anyone who will listen.
