Cyde was an incredible person to work with in purchasing a home. Through the duration of this experience, Cyde took the time to explain every step in the lending process and answer every question or concern, which I found to be something important and incredibly valuable to have in a lender. Nothing was left confused or unclear at any point. He is consistent with communication and made sure I felt prioritized. Not only this but Cyde was very honest on what my options were and what he believed was best with trends in the home buying industry. I trusted Cyde through this process and it showed I put my trust in the right person, especially when minor issues or delays came up. He quickly found solutions and eased any worries. I also had a strict deadline to meet and from the beginning Cyde kept on track of that deadline weekly. The home buying process can be stressful, Cyde can guide you through it so no steps or numbers are a surprise. I cannot thank him enough! If I can give him over 5 stars, I would.

Cyde and our realtor Alex Santos (from Century 21) were rockstars in helping us out through the entire home buying experience. Being first time home buyers, our greatest fear was committing to the largest purchase of our lives without fully understanding the process and knowing what all the numbers meant. Cyde put us at ease by thoroughly explaining every bit of the lending process and being patient with answering all of our questions and concerns. We could tell his intentions were on our side by the amount of effort he put into giving us the most optimal deal despite the market we’re in. Unfortunately, you can’t say that with other lenders. Others presented what we initially saw as great deals, but immediately noticed details they left out that they probably would spring up to us later, i.e. automatically opting us in for points to bring the interest rate down and leaving out state-specific fees from our estimated monthly payments. Cyde, on the other hand, was transparent with everything. Up to the minute of closing, we never felt like we were in the dark. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to feel empowered as homeowners.

Total VA Specialist!After my first consult with Cyde Arcano, I knew I made the right call after speaking to multiple other lenders who stated that they were the top lenders in the area.
