Our experience with this Car Dealer was nothing short of disappointing. This is the second review that we had to make. My wife made the first one and now not even a year into owning this car, we have concluded that we have made the worst decision in car purchasing history. When we first drove from Delaware to Connicelli, although a distance, we went on a referral. We purchased a Buick Envision and it test drove well. But as soon as we purchased and drove it off the lot we had issues with it. It seemed minor, so we took it back and they repaired the issues. They told us it was the breaks, Come to find out it was the TRANSMISSION. Yes they repaired it with a USED TRANSMISSION and returned the vehicle but this was after 2 1/2 months. We had to search for our vehicle to find they returned it to the Buick dealership never advising us of this move. Yes they repaired it, and the GM contacted us and resolved the issue , but we should have got OUT of this deal before things got worst.
Now, less than a year after ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE!! Regular maintenance was kept on the vehicle and we were driving the vehicle and the break assist gave out, which led to another issue and another issue and so on.
I understand that purchasing a preowned vehicle comes with its risks however, this was not our first time purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. In all the history of car ownership, we have never had such problems within one year of vehicle ownership.
We were advised that the vehicle had only one owner and in great condition, the Carfax report disclosed to us at the time of purchase showed no impairments that we should have been alarmed. This would end up being the WORST DECISION in the history of purchasing a vehicle. Had we known the amount of problems that we would face with this vehicle we would have NEVER purchased. We are extremely concerned that this vehicle possibly had these problems prior to purchase due to a sticker on it that said DO NOT SELL, we were told that this was because it has not been inspected yet. Now we think otherwise. We have attempted multiple time to contact the sales manager with no response, we have emailed every corporate manager on their website with no results. They offered us an extended warranty when all the other issues were found and we cannot get in touch with ANYONE FROM THIS LOCATION to honor this. We finally received an email from someone once we had given up contacting them and we responded and once again, no response thereafter. We even sent and email to the PRESIDENT of the COMPANY and NO RESPONSE. We have contacted an Attorney as due to the lack of response we are left with the understanding that they do not care at this point. and WE WILL NEVER RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION. We are currently without a vehicle, ubering, borrowing, renting etc. while still paying payments, due to the excessive cost of repairs. We are left to believe that there were issues with the vehicle that were not disclosed to us and or, damage was made to the vehicle during the attempted repairs of the transmission and they are not taking responsibility. We now have to attempt to purchase another vehicle with this bad purchase still in our name and it is UNFAIR. SO please for the sake of your sanity CHECK YOUR PURCHASES FROM THIS LOCATION BEFORE YOUR SIGN, i would hate for anyone to have to deal with what we are going through now. We should have stayed our tails in DELAWARE. We were not going to review, but it seems that they care when others hear what we go through. If we get a favorable outcome, we will be happy to share that as well, if not...Oh well....

Great service. One of the local nissans closer to me wanted to charge me over 320. Dollars for the exact same service. The 50.000. Mile service wich I only had a little over 45K on my Pathfinder. Conicicelli did in for $180.00 the place was packed and everyone was in and out of there very timely. New airfilters, tires rotated and fluids topped off. Oh and the examined the brakes and tires. Luckily mine were in great shape. Thanks you everyone at Conicicelli.

Took my mom to pick her car up in Hyundai service dept They didn't know where My moms car was parked and told her to go look in a huge parking lot. My mom uses a cane and has bad hip/knees. Very unprofessional in my opinion

Easy overnight drop off. My car was inspected and ready for me to pick up the next day. Everyone was friendly, especially the cashier, but I can't remember his name (sorry!). Thanks for making me smile!

Valini was our salesperson and she was excellent. She did her job very effeciently. Above and beyond to make our transaction just right. The manager was good to do business with also. Recommended to visit Val if your in the market for a Nissan.
