In need of a reliable and affordable vehicle and stumbled across Conicelli Hyundai and glad I did. Bill W. took excellent care and was patient and understanding as we were in search of a new car. Dennis the sales manager at Conicelli Hyundia is the absolute best. I felt like family when I left with my new car. Nick our salesman walked us thru the entire process and patiently explained all the applications of our new car. He even called a few days later to check on how things were and to see if we needed anything.. I will go to them every time.

I am in awe of the kindness and top notch customer service I received this week from the Hyundai Service Dept. when my car had to be towed in. I was stranded in a hospital parking lot and with the use of Hyundai roadside assistance, I was able to arrange drop off at Conicelli Hyundai. I called ahead to the service dept in a panic because I could not be without a car. I need to be able to go at the drop of a hat due to a sick child and we are pending surgery! During a very unknown time, Paul Bonner assured me he would see that I had wheels while my car was out of commission. I was so grateful for his kindness and compassion and willingness to assist with no warning! Paul, you definitely were my beacon of light this week in the midst of a storm. I will be forever grateful. Thank you Conicelli Hyundai for a wonderful experience!

Our experience was very good. Keeping in mind the dealer ship is in a major remodel.
When we got to the service desk, we were greeted by a very nice associate she took all our info and asked us to wait in the waiting area. Mr. Darryl Smith soon came and introduced himself as our sales representative. He was very pleasant and we felt like this would be a good experience.
He seemed very knowledgeable. However, the area we were setting in was not at all very private and we were most uncomfortable. My wife walks with a cane. I finally asked Darryl if we could go to a more private area. He said yes but we would have to go up2 flights of stairs. Not an easy situation for my wife.
After going up the steps we were asked to pick a table in another large area that was also not very private and not at all comfortable. We spent about 3 1/2 hours setting at a small table in some very uncomfortable chairs. So, the point here is that this process was not very well thought out. My wife and I are both over 70.
I would point out that Mr. Darryl was very helpful and was just so very nice to us. We talked to his manager who also was very nice, and they tried to make a bad situation go as well as it could.
In the end because Mr., Darryl is very good at what he does we ended up with a new car.
