I enjoy being able to go to my branch and getting personal attention for my needs! Everyone at my branch is professional and super friendly. I definitely don't want robots to take over my banking account and experience

There aren't very many banks that you can say you feel at home when it's a regional chain. But the manager at this bank is lovely and really takes care of her customers.
