“Thankfully I came by on a weekday morning when they weren't busy. I received OUTSTANDING customer service by Tori, who answered my phone call. When I arrived she listened to all my requests and did 50% of the work of vacuuming all the deeply embedded dog hair, ots of crushed leaves, salt, dirt, etc. that accumulated in my SUV from a cross-country trip. She also coordinated the work of others and seemed to be concerned about their welfare. Everyone who worked on cleaning my SUV put in a lot of effort and did a fantastic job!”

“Rich and Nate worked miracles fixing our loop sensors. Our wires for the pulse sensor were really messed up, not even sure how they worked for so long. We have an old system without any manuals, so to be able to fix it was truly a miracle. Thanks, Rich and nate, again for not giving up.
