“This shop goes above and beyond! We brought our car in for body repair covered by insurance. Not only did they get everything done on time, they made it so easy and were so friendly PLUS they washed the car inside & out! They even buffed the headlights clear! This is a 2008, so the headlights were kinda dingy and foggy and they look brand new now. I highly recommend them! “My right front passenger window was broken into in Philadelphia. The team at Caliber Collision, specifically Christine, was quick to assist me. She was extremely warm, reassuring me that everything would be okay. She acquainted me with what the repair process would look like and was able to schedule a window repair appointment for the next day. In the meantime, she asked the service team to wrap my window (for free) to hold me over for the night since the repair wouldn't be until the following day. Her customer service was amazing, and I wish that service like this could be offered everywhere. Just know that the workers here are willing to assist you to the best of their ability. “Had to take my car to caliber collision after a minor accident. I was directed to use them by the insurance provider and the work was top-notch. A previous experience with 3-D collision in Conshohocken and they were terrible. They put a huge scratch on the roof of my car and then refused to repair it.Caliber collision was staffed by very friendly unprofessional people. They provided routine updates via text message on my car. Was ready a week in advance of the originally promised date. Looks good as new!”

“When i got there i thought i couldnt fit down the driveway but you have more then enough room. I got my ram 1500 windshield on 42 percent and matched my two front windows perfectly. The 42 percent on the front is a great choice because it is light enough to see at night but dark enough to keep sun out during the day and not let people see in too well. She does use a good brand of paper compared to others the paper is thick not flimsy which she did show me. All around great job i would go again.”
“I looked all over the DMV for a company that routinely installed alarms on sprinter vans. Could not find anyone there, look further out and found Pat. Well worth the drive. Pat did a great job with installing the alarm on my 2018 sprinter van. Extremely knowledgeable, educates along the way. Wound up getting a new stereo while I was there. Pat didn’t even mind the supervisor hanging out in the shop watching.He even went out of his way to get a part that didn’t come in on the shipment to finish the install after hours, where most shops would have closed for the day.”
“I went to this place back in March 2023. The location of this place is a little hectic as there was a lot of construction going on. However once you got in, it was clean and organized. They have waiting chairs with a place to charge your phones / both apple and android.The clerk was responsive and pleasant. The guy that work on my radio, came out, spoke with me directly and explained my options. I’m definitely coming back for them to install my radio. The only reason why my rating is not 5 star is because I have had the actual service done, just a diagnostic.”

“I've been using Jim’s Detailing for years for my window tinting needs, and Gabe always delivers excellent results at a fair price and in a timely manner. Over the years, Jim’s Detailing has worked on various cars for me, including a Ford F150, two Teslas, several Mercedes Benz vehicles, and more. Regardless of the vehicle, the tinting is always perfect. Additionally, they applied PPF to my Tesla, which has done a fantastic job protecting the front of the car and has held up well for the year and a half it's been on.
I recently had another car done, and as always, the service and quality were outstanding. For those considering window tint percentages, I recommend 15% for excellent privacy that isn’t too dark to see through at night. I’ve tried 20% before and found it too light, especially with a light-colored interior. Jim’s Detailing remains my go-to for window tinting and PPF needs and I highly recommend tk friends, family and colleagues alike. Thanks Jim’s Detailing and Gabe!”

The quality of work in all cases is impeccable. Every time I have them do something for me, I am amazed at how great it looks. I rarely write reviews, but after picking up my latest ceramic coated car today I wanted to do so, because I realize what makes Sun & Shade so great…it’s that they take pride in their work.
