I've never had anything done like this before to a vehicle, so I don't have anything to measure against, but I was shocked that a door/back panel for small repair took over 30 days (2012 Honda Odyssey). They preemptively told me they can't be held accountable for delay in parts delivery, and also strongly reminded me of that when I picked up the car and was informed about leaving a review. I honestly can't tell if it's the perfect scapegoat or if it's the nature of all collision shops.Although I was told to remove anything I would need from the car during drop off, I was then asked to remove everything else at a later time. It was not a requirement, and the rep was friendly and very understanding, but I think the initial appointment phone call should include something like this, "We won't know the extent of the repair until we fully examine your vehicle, but it's best to empty your car in the event we need to remove any interior panels to complete the job".”
