During our initial walk-around before the repairs, it was communicated that the focus would solely be on the area impacted by the accident, and we marked the relevant spots accordingly. However, we did not address any interior aspects of the vehicle.
When I collected my car 9.22.24, I was pleased with the exterior work and even took some pictures. However, upon opening the driver’s door, I noticed that the seat cover panel airbag area was loose, causing separation from the seat. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff, who referenced photos from their intake process. While they suggested this issue existed beforehand, I strongly believe it was not like that prior to or on the day of the accident.
The loose panel is concerning, as it feels like it could fall off each time enter or exit the car. I am frustrated that this issue was not noted during our discussions or prior to the repairs. If 3D was aware of it, I would have appreciated being informed.
I have patiently waited for resolution and the issue had not even been acknowledged to date.
Happy to report 3D resolved the issue today 10.4.24. I feel safe and secure. I am now completely satisfied. My stars have changed, you earned it. Thanks again for everything!
