“Excellent experience at this branch! I came in because my debit card inexplicably was declared expired even though it had over a month left before it was due to expire. The 800 number customer service was of little help so I came into this branch to try and get some answers.
Kristen spent 45 minutes navigating the phone system to get us an answer as to what happened (a system glitch). She was extremely sympathetic and diligent in getting me an answer to what the heck was happening.
Extremely disappointed in Santander's phone banking customer service, but Kristen and this bank branch were top notch!”

“I had to deposit a check for my business. I forgot my personalized deposit slip. The teller could not have been nicer and looked up my information and filled out the slip for me. And she did this all with a smile, while joking around with me. One of the best experiences I've had at any bank branch ever!”
