“I had a great interaction with a gentleman named Matt today. Matt was busy working on his golf cart and took his time to give me directions around the property. Customer service is paramount in todays climate and Matt met that mark today!”
“"I couldn't be happier with the decision to sell my condo and move here permanently. Thanks to Sophia's expertise, I was able to find an excellent apartment with not just one but two walk-in closets. This has allowed me to finally bring my clothes and furniture out of storage and enjoy the space I deserve. I have been living here since January and the sense of community, convenience, and comfort I feel here is unparalleled. I am confident that this is the best decision for me, and I am grateful for Sophia's assistance in making it happen.”
“I would recommend AVE Blue Bell Villas to anyone who wishes to rent in or near Blue Bell area. It's a clean, beautiful, safe and huge community. They have a well maintained and equipped gym, amazing pool area and two tennis courts. It's proximity to groceries, shopping, restaurants, parks and good schools is perfect! We got an upgraded town home with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We did have a couple of maintenance issues like minor leakage, bathtub paint chipping off, dishwasher problem and thermostat issues. But I must say the management and staff here is top notch! They always responded immediately and the work order was fixed as soon as possible. The staff is very friendly and professional.I would also like to add here that they also frequently host community fun events like some cooking class, a fitness session, free bagels or a movie in the park, which we enjoyed. The whole process from the beginning to moving out was smooth. We liked our stay here! Thank you AVE team.”

“The rooms and location are really excellent. I have no complaints there at all. The staff is really friendly, and Wister (at the front desk) went above and beyond in helping out with all our questions, bringing up our food order, looking up nearby spas.
My issue is that, for the price of their two bedroom suites (I can get an all-inclusive stay at a hotel in the Maldives for this price), they don't provide cleaning service on a daily basis. Seems a shame that they can't amend this policy. In addition, their check out time is really early (11am), and they will charge for anything an hour over the check out time.
Again, let me mention that Wister was fantastic, and made this stay a little more pleasant for us.
Rooms: Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable”
“The Glen is such a great place to live! Peaceful yet close to everything, with well maintained units that come with parking, laundry, and central air. However, the highlight of the place are the property managers, Kevin and Laura. They take great care of the residents and the property. The on-site maintenance team is also top notch. Very highly recommend!!”
“I’m moving in! I chose Omnia because the building is beautiful and well kept. Just as important to me is the integrity of management. They didn’t try to just take a HOLDING FEE. They made sure I was comfortable and gave me time to make the choice that was right for me.”
“I've lived at the Dalian for about three months now. I can honestly say that every aspect of the leasing process and tenancy has been wonderful. When I came for a tour with my sister in tow we were greeted by Kathryn Riter. She is the most honest and authentic sales representative I've ever met! Maintenance services are provided quickly and efficiently - thank Craig and Howard. And Barbars Hayes runs a tight ship when it comes to concierge services. You'll feel like you live in a luxury hotel here!”
“I highly recommend these apartments to live in. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable.”
“I had the most wonderful experience working with Josette through the application process. She went above and beyond with all of the (many) questions that I had and helped me troubleshoot any issues that I had on my end. This was by far the most positive experience I've had working with a leasing office. I highly recommend Lincoln Square apartments! Thank you, Josette :)”
“Wonderful place to live! We rented here a 3bd for a year and were very happy. The building is close to the train station, 3 supermarkets in walking distance, Wynnewood shopping center and Narberth downtown. The staff are amazing! Always nice and helpful, and any issues are fixed very fast. One of the neighbors asked for a bench next to the school bus pick up point, and they set that up within a few days.
Pictures are my view from the apartment.”
“Really love living here, and appreciate all the effort the office and maintenance staff put in every day.
As a suggestion, I would really like to to see a grounds keeper hired full time to clean up the public areas.”
“I’ve been living at 1213 walnut for the last couple of months and have had the most incredible experience — everyone that works here is super sweet and amenable, and the amenities are excellent!”
“Yuliana Shvets is an asset to Henry on the Park.
Her professional and caring nature made me want to live there . I am looking forward to being a part of Henry on the Park soon. Thanks to Yuliia!”
“I am a new resident to the Flats and have been thoroughly enjoying my time here thus far! The office staff are very friendly and handle all of my requests efficiently. Shana is AMAZING! This was by far the best moving experience as she made everything very easy and explained everything very well! The building location is perfect and I love that it has private gated parking. I would definitely recommend renting an apt here!”
“I’ve lived at Timberlake Apartments for a few months now, and overall I’m happy with the decision to move here. The office staff is very friendly, and they are personable with many residents.
Timberlake has a big, beautiful property. Many residents complain about the upkeep of the grounds, but many of those complaints could be resolved if more people took pride in the community. There is a lot of trash on the ground because people don’t clean up after themselves. I have seen the maintenance team out there with trash bags picking up what they can, which is a huge help. The trees by the pool and in the courtyard could be trimmed up, and the grass is long most times, but overall the property is well kept.
I have seen a lot of complaints about mice and flies, however the doors are always being left open despite the many emails from the office asking residents to make sure the doors are not being propped open. Again, an issue that could be solved with more resident effort.
It would be helpful to have a trash can in the lobby and a few more dog waste bins. There are a lot of packages being left on the floor of the mailroom and in the lobby instead of making their way into the lockers or package room. The first floor has a strong odor due to the trash room being there, which would be nice to have a better solution for that.
Every issue I’ve needed taken care of has been done so quickly and efficiently. All of the maintenance team is very friendly, and they seem genuinely happy to say hello to me and my dog.
I enjoy living at Timberlake and the community is great. The residents are very friendly and mostly respectful. Management does the best that they can to make this a wonderful place to live.”

4804 Drexelbrook Drive, Drexel Hill“The property team is very courteous and responsive. The value for the rental property is fantastic considering surrounding area. This includes being close to SEPTA trolly line, having a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit. The owners take care of the lawn including snow shoveling and salting.Recently at the time of writing this, Blink EV charging station went down (no fault of Drexelbrook, Blink issued a technical malfunction on their end going on for more than 48 hours I am unable to charge.) Brittney the Property Manager went above and beyond to help by letting me borrow her plug-in charger and plug into the side of the main building to enough to get to the nearest DC fast charger. The community also has a security car patrolling during night making this neighborhood extra safe. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for your next home, this is a great place to be!”
“beautiful community, really enjoying the prompt attention that I have received and I feel valued as a resident. safe location and close to grocery, mall, rte 476 and the turnpike.”
“The View has been great so far! The management has been so helpful and the place is super clean. Reasonable price and parking is not bad considering it is the city.”
“The staff and management are friendly and efficient here. The community is inviting and the location is optimal. We feel safe and secure at Willowbrook and we are enjoying our home. It’s a very family and pet friendly atmosphere. The units are well maintained.”
“I have been living here for the past six months. I highly recommend it! It's a nice neighborhood, with easy access to grocery stores. The building has great management, and perfect amenities.”
“We moved here and moved from Miami and we’re happy with the building’s location and the value compared to other apartments we toured. Hands down the best pricing for size and amenities for the area. I was a bit off put when we applied as they required a significant upfront cost since my credit needs improvement but we rented a expensive luxury apartment with min money down and never missed a payment but their requirements are displayed with the quality of residents in the building.
Maintenance has been great, a new maintenance team lead by John started right after we moved in and they’ve been great along with the front desk people the experience has been surprisingly good. The building has a decent gym and basketball court, I haven’t checked out the roof yet. Overall, in our first few months here it’s been great. Maintenance has handled our issues and it’s easy to make requests and payments.
The only complaint is the noise, walls/floors are thin and our unit is facing a Main Street and the windows do not keep the noise out, there’s a barking police dog that barks during working hours and I work from home but I’ve beginning to tune the noise out. It would be great if there were package lockers for residents to get packages. without bothering the front desk. And there always seems to be dead or dying roaches in the stairwell, Gym and Basketball court.
But again overall, a great building and our experience here has been great so far.”

“I go to this building all the time for work purposes and Tim at the front desk always has a great attitude is easy to work with. Anything he can do to help, he helps. I also see his interaction with the residents and the guy is super friendly and professional. Keep up the great job, Tim”
“Love living in the Packard. Clean, quick to respond to any maintenance needs, fun building gatherings. Package/mail service is great (Amazon locker) and dry cleaning service which offers pickup in the building is great as well !”

Super clean, beautiful finishes and a layout that makes work from home doable. The gym has everything you need, plus there are so many gym options within walking distance. Traders Joes and suburban square steps away - a fantastic location. Highly recommend this building to anyone who is looking.”
“Lived here for 7 months (6month 30day lease as I was new to the area) from 01dec2023 to 30jun2024 in a 1bed and loved my time here! To clarify I left to reduce the driving distance to my workplace, and downsize my living quarters as I came to know the region better. All the staff were helpful, pleasant, and knowledgable about everything a tenant might need. Martin is on maintenance and one of the most personable and willing to help staff members I've ever dealt with, whether its likely thr 4th time in 2 days he shoveling out the sidewalks (pic is before he got to it) or moving quickly to stop water from leaking down from the upstairs neighbors. And Lydia is always willing to make time for you. Any questions you have, ask away as their professionalism and willingness to clarify are always top regardless of the issue, whether it's moving, resolving odd issues during your stay, or moving out.
In my opinion this place has the highest value in the area as closer to the center of Conshohocken and prices skyrocket and further away it no longer feels like a walkable distence. Most of the good restuarants are a mile walk from here which for me was always perfect in warmer weather to enjoy the neighborhood and walk off a good meal. Less so in winter obviously, but I'm a southerner so take that with its fair share of salt.
There's no central A/C but there was a heater in the living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen worked fine in winter, and surprisingly the 2 A/c units werr just enough in summer.
The neighborhood is great whether its the neighbors next door or down the street, seems like everyone has a dog and they're always looking for pets. Beware though, some of the neighborhood dogs (not the apartment community) were hyper aggressive on my runs in the evening and some of the owners have no intention of reigning them back for whatever reason. Running is acessible down most roads although theres some areas where the sidewalk just ends unexpectedly without rhyme or reason. The best days were the days i got to jog a 5k through the backroads, comeback clean up, and then walk down to Bar Lucca (pics if you like those) for date in the setting sun. Or better yet, forgetting what day it was, going out on a saturday and finding a parade further down the road.
Biggest downside was the not in unit washer and dryer during winter. I did have a problem when first moving in as they dont typically move people in on saturdays and they require a checkfor the first payment (which as a zoomer i dont remember the last time i'd touched a checkbook). Again though the staff is knowledgable and professional and Lydia and another Galman group employee worked with me to get it settled in a timely manner.
They're renovating these as people move out, so likely a mild price hike, but from what I can tell its still some of the best prices in an ever pricier neighborhood.
Hope it helps, and fyi this is part of the Galman Group and the extended network the few times I interacted with them were always polite, professional, and quick to provide.”
