Really friendly staff and great work. The job looks perfect. I've never had anything done like this before to a vehicle, so I don't have anything to measure against, but I was shocked that a door/back panel for small repair took over 30 days (2012 Honda Odyssey). They preemptively told me they can't be held accountable for delay in parts delivery, and also strongly reminded me of that when I picked up the car and was informed about leaving a review. I honestly can't tell if it's the perfect scapegoat or if it's the nature of all collision shops.Although I was told to remove anything I would need from the car during drop off, I was then asked to remove everything else at a later time. It was not a requirement, and the rep was friendly and very understanding, but I think the initial appointment phone call should include something like this, "We won't know the extent of the repair until we fully examine your vehicle, but it's best to empty your car in the event we need to remove any interior panels to complete the job".

My accident was just before Christmas and although I thought that might cause delay, it did not. Once they examined the car I was given an estimate of cost as well as the date it would be finished. It was finished a day earlier than promised and it was immaculate. They also kept me well informed during the process.

My car was involved in a hit and run. 3-D Collision did an excellent job. My car looked brand new when I arrived. I had great communication throughout the process about my car. You're in good hands with 3-D Collision. I would definitely recommend these guys!!!!

I recently used 3D autobody for repairs after an accident, and while the quality of their work was exceptional, the delivery of the service was delayed beyond the initially estimated time. However, the team at 3D autobody was incredibly communicative throughout the process, updating me regularly about the progress and any unforeseen delays.Despite the delay, their commitment to ensuring the repairs were done meticulously and with utmost care was evident. The final result was impeccable, reflecting their dedication to quality workmanship. While the delay was inconvenient, their professionalism, attention to detail, and the exceptional quality of the repair work certainly outweighed the inconvenience of the late delivery.I would still highly recommend 3D autobody for their expertise and commitment to delivering top-notch results, although future customers might benefit from more accurate time estimates for completion."

I had a very good experience with 3D. It took a while to get an appointment for my car but that's because it's a Tesla - but once I got my car in for the appointment, I was proactively kept informed about the progress of the repairs, and the quality of the work was excellent.

Contacted the shop to get an estimate for my vehicle. I was told that they were not excepting any self payments and I had to go through my insurance company. I found this to be a bit alarming as I have paid cash for repairs at other shops in the pass. The representative told me the reason 3D was not accepting self-pay was due to additional damage being discovered, once the repair started. I don’t understand how they could make a determination without even estimating the damage to my vehicle.

My experience with this body shop was absolutely a nightmare. The staff, particularly the lady at the front desk and the estimator, demonstrated a significant lack of care for customers and communication skills. I felt like my concerns were a bother to them, rather than legitimate questions from a concerned customer. When seeking an approximate timeframe for my car’s repair in normal situation, the response I got was rude and indifferent, with the receptionist continually repeating, “I can’t give you that information,” which felt robotic and dismissive.In addition, my inquiry about the possibility of replacing an aftermarket part with an OEM part, and the rough associated costs, was met with a similar evasive attitude. I wasn’t asking for exact figures, but merely an order-of-magnitude, which they were unwilling to provide. The estimator insisted that my car needed to be disassembled before giving me any pricing information. This was unsettling, as I had already found the cost of that simple OEM part online and just needed their confirmation. It felt like they were trying to trap people into a commitment without providing any necessary details and take people hostage later charging a higher than normal cost.I chose not to proceed with them because it seemed they couldn’t care less for customers. All my concerns were immediately addressed when I visited another local body shop, highlighting the stark contrast in service. I’d advise others to think twice before trusting their vehicle with a team that has no transparency at all and don’t even know what customer service is.

Just got my car back today from 3-D in Conshohocken. They kept me informed the whole way through. The front staff is amazing, so welcoming and helpful. It was great to have a shop that worked with my insurance company (State Farm), was Tesla certified, and had a rental counter right there! Talk about one stop shop. In a perfect world I will never see them again, but if some dumb head hits me again, I'll be back! Thanks 3-D team!
