Sadly, they are short staffed. The workers that are currently there do their job well and quickly and it is NOT their fault in any way. It’s just always a very long wait/line/“not ready for 20 minutes” deal down there for the time being. Once full staffed, I feel they’d be absolutely fine like they were pre-COVID!
