I'm not real tech savvy, so when I stopped in at the Connellsville store to see about upgrading my old phone, Megan took all the time I needed to answer questions. I learned a lot. She also was able to lower my monthly bill while arranging for me to get a better phone - unheard of! And such a friendly person who also engaged in non-business conversation, and with a warm sense of humor. No regrets from me. Thank you, Megan. PS: I'm the guy with a phone like your dad's.

I went in today, I had purchased an item online that wouldn't link up with my account, the staff helped so much and was very patient. He was on the phone with Verizon customer service for a good 30 mins, never seemed frustrated and got everything working for me! Greatly appreciated!

Worst Verizon location ever. They lied to me all the way around. They basically STOLE my unlocked phone & handed me a POS. Liars & I am gonna work my azz off proving it. Do not believe a word they tell you & don't waste your time or money buying anything from them. Go to Best Buy. Avoid Verizon like the plague. I will divorce my wife if she doesn't drop these lower bums.

I can’t say enough about the great customer service that my husband and I had today, Shane was very friendly, knowledgeable and very patient as we upgraded our phones? Thank you to Verizon for offering a nice selection of products and services, to fit different needs. The whole experience while visiting this store was really nice, couldn’t help but notice the other employees being kind and helpful with their customers as well!! ?? Thank you Shane!

Ben was absolutely amazing! Asked questions about needs, answered every concern, and honestly treated us as though we mattered! I rarely truly feel appreciated by a business. We left feeling as though we got the best value from the best company.
